Lake Eye Associates: Scot C. Holman, MD

I had a great experience meeting with Dr. Scot Holman yesterday at his Wildwood office. He's very thorough in his exam. The tech was great too (can't remember her name). The office is a well run machine. I will be scheduled with Dr. Holman soon for cataract surgery. I feel very confident in his ability to restore my vision.

Dr Holden is fabulous. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to start the process. Not very good customer service I was told there was only 2 doctors in that day the receptionist should have said something when I checked in on how behind they were. I hate the website you use to pre register for your appointment it list all these extra charges you have to agree to before you can sign in.... You need a way to buy pass any dollar amounts if they do not pertain to you. I have to answer the same questions over even if they have pre populated the information such a waste of my time. Such as telephone number they have it listed but want me to fill it in again before I can go any further. You need to have the designer fix the errors

Dr. Scot Holman is Amazing! I am so impressed by his patience and personalized care, as well as Rachel, Brittany and Staff at the Tavares Office! My Faith has been restored that my vision issues will be resolved. Thank you all so much! Best, Debra Mattas

Very good customer experience- staff and the doctor al took time to explain the procedure and consistently check on my well being. Doctor has a great "bedside" manner - seems really competent AND caring

The staff at Lake Eye in Lady Lake is amazing from the techs to the Doctors to the eyeglass/contact lens store personnel. I had cataract with corrective lens surgery and could see the moment I was in recovery. Truly amazing. You can trust your precious eyes with them.

My appt was on time, and staff was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. My location was a large complex without matching numbering on the building to the given address making it difficult to find the correct building. I suggest adding "Sharon Morse" to the description of the location. I attempted to call for additional information but there was no answer. I arrived on time because I planned for early arrival. Otherwise, I would have been late due to confusing directions to the location. Dr Holman performed my evaluation and provided the necessary information for my surgery and gave me confidence in his skills. I'm anticipate a good outcome

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Holman was thorough and noticed some issues had to be taken care of before proceeding to having cataract surgery. I am very happy so far.

Everything ran smoothly and timely. Everyone that works here is very nice and professional and doctor. Holman is really cute.
