if you are young, and doe not have a lot of issues with your eyesight, you may not have a bad impression. At the first sight, this clinic is clean. However, you can tell how old all equipment are. The clinic has at least two doctors . The doctor barely check and get your right lens. I guessed that I am not lucky and have such an awful doctor. Do not waste your time here.

It was a good clinic at the beginning but came to be a corporation. They rules doesn't are not in favor of clients. Even my own insurance could not believe the way this clinic works. I recommend you to go somewhere else when they truly care about people and not just make money.

I went in today for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. I visited with Dr Claboine. He was amazing. Took his time with me. Listened to my struggles. Asked clarifying questions. He was very thorough. And very pleasant. After my exam I met with Carlos who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. He was patient and gave honest opinions. I left very happy and glad I picked this place for my exam and new frames!

Was possibly the worst eye clinic I've ever been to and I've been to the ones in the mall. I have never felt as unheard and uncared about by health care professionals the way I felt here. I would never recommend them to anyone in a million years.

First Eye Exam Review:
The registration staff was very welcoming and helped me to get check in on an iPad. The technician executed a series of tests for depth perception, color blindness, eye density, and a full scan of my vision. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. The doctor was very personable and intelligently explained the process to establish the necessary correction to my vision. After staring at a computer every day of my life for over a decade, I was expecting the worse, but to my surprise he told me the correction would be minimal and I didn't need glasses. The salesman had incredible patience as I tried on nearly every pair of glasses in the showroom several times. I found a few pairs of sunglasses and very happy with the quality. The exam was painless and I'll be returning for an annual checkup to this establishment.

Went to Macali on Monday for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. Left with samples and called office on Wednesday to let them know they weren't working out. They didn't return my call until Thursday and emailed me the new Rx (ones that I noted did not work out). Called back and was notified I would have to wait until the doctor was in on Saturday. Called Saturday and spoke to front office. Staff was dismissive and rude. Never received a call back before office closed for the day. Now I have to wait until after the weekend to speak with the office again.
A patient shouldn't have to request a prescription four times after paying for an eye exam. Their customer service is abysmal and they charge more for services than other ophthalmologists. Do not recommend for your eye care needs.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience today, the front desk staff & eye glass associates were kind and professional, the technician Kirk was so nice, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I can say all the same for Dr. Pickering, her love and knowledge of her career was very evident. Together the staff was able to quickly address and resolve my concerns.
