Luxury at their Finest!!!
This is the perfect definition of luxury customer service. Start out with prompt replies and respectful accommodating words. I was encouraged to visit the store with warm welcomes.
Paige was very comforting and understanding. She understands how a perfectionist person feels, and how one could treat their eyeglasses differently especially a luxury frame like Cartier. Paige is the one to trust. I tried two different retail stores to repair the screws for my Cartier frames, but didn't help much. She even sent me a bottled water while waiting to fix my eyeglasses.
All of the staff members at this store are very friendly. They take time with their customers;hence, there were a lot of them. I will definitely make this as my go to place for my future eyeglasses. I only make reviews when I'm extremely satisfied.

Everyone at the eye place in Winter Garden is truly exceptional. From start to finish, they made the experience hassle-free and enjoyable. Tati, who checked my eyes, was thorough and made me feel completely comfortable. Chelsea, Syndie, Paige, and Alyssa were all so kind, helpful, and welcoming -- each of them went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of. Kelly, the boss, runs the office with such professionalism and warmth that it sets the tone for the whole visit. Celeste at the front desk greeted me with a smile and made check-in a breeze, and Dr. Fernandez was amazing -- patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I've never looked forward to eye exams or glasses before, but this team has completely changed that. I only wish I had found this location sooner!

I have been going to an eye doctor for a long time and this was one of the BEST places I've been. From the appointment setter, to a super friendly front desk staff and then the doctor himself (who was very educated, especially on the specifics of contact lenses), I was very pleased. They also work with your insurance, to in house discounts and give you options on possible rebates to help with your wallet! I also received my contacts that week, which has never happened. This location is also so pretty, modern and has high technology, which makes for a very thorough eye appointment. Highly recommend!!
