You & Eyes - Winter Garden

Dr. Vi and her staff are amazing! My 8 yr old got something in his eye and Dr. Vi was so gentle and sweet explaining everything she was going to do before she did it helping ease any fears! Within 10 minutes she was able to remove the object underneath his eyelid. I could not recommend her enough!! Thank you so much Dr.Vi

Just had my exam at You & Eyes and it was a great experience. Dr. VI is very knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything she's doing. Shout outs to Tatiana who helped me pick out some great glasses and Xia who did a great job with my retinal photos! I'll definitely be coming back!!

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vi and her staffs at You and Eyes! Took my 4 years old and almost 2 years old this week and everyone had so much patience and sincerity to my kids. The waiting area had water/coffee/tea and there's a small play room for the kids also. Dr. Vi was amazing to both of our kiddos. She was personable, thorough, and took time with my kids. We felt super welcome by her and her staffs! P.S. Lots of selection for glasses and sunglasses - from high end to affordable ones!

Dr. Vi takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about each patient's needs. You never feel rushed, and the level of attention and expertise is outstanding. The entire office runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a personal touch that's hard to find these days. I couldn't recommend Dr. Vi and the entire team more highly--an absolutely top-tier experience!

Dr. Vi has been our Optometrist for our family for several years. Today, she finally had the opportunity to examine my husband. I made an appointment here for him, simply because she goes the extra mile to ensure that the exams are thorough and that you don't leave with questions unanswered! She is truly worth the drive. A huge shoutout to Tatiana, who went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect frames. She was so patient and thorough, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. I even had to go back later for a small adjustment, and they handled it flawlessly; quick, professional, and with a smile. It's clear they truly care about their patients, and that kind of service makes all the difference. I'm genuinely proud to be a patient here, and I highly recommend making this your eye doctor. Absolutely fantastic Optometrist. The exam was exceedingly comprehensive and the Optometrist detailed findings I was not aware of and provided a comprehensive plan of care. Excellent overall. Purchased new glasses and the price was very fair. Very impressive service. Will definitely return.

I've been wearing contact lenses for nearly 20 years and my prescription hasn't changed. When I visited this office, I received a prescription for both glasses and contacts, but they wrote only one specific contact lens brand. I wanted to purchase a different brand--the one I've been using for 20 years--but learned that they must write it on the prescription for me to buy it elsewhere. I reached out to get the prescription updated, since I was taking my time to buy contacts because I already had a supply. They told me I would have to schedule another exam and pay a $75 fee because more than 45 days had passed. I explained that nothing about my vision changed, I have a baby at home, and I simply needed the brand corrected. Still, they refused to update it. Our entire family of five has been coming here, but this experience showed that policy seemed more important to them than patient care or long-term customer loyalty. It was disappointing and inconvenient, especially over something so simple. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office and we will be taking our business elsewhere.
