What a great experience my daughter had at this place!!! She's young and this was her first appointment. After waiting for 2 months to get into Marietta Eye, we were 10 minutes late and they wouldn't answer the phone so as we were in the lobby they canceled the appointment. Acworth Family Eye got us in the same day. Everybody was so friendly in the office. They all took the time to explain things to my daughter so she could understand. They have a great selection of glasses for everybody. I highly recommend this practice to anybody needing eye care!!!

The staff here are so friendly and Dr. Kelly was great! He took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. They had a great selection of glasses as well.

Everyone is great at Acworth Family EyeCare. Staff members are thorough and professional. Our entire family including kids go to this location. Dr Kelly is amazing with children too.

I had to schedule an emergency appointment and they were the only ones to accommodate me right away. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the sweetest receptionists and everyone is very nice. Dr. Kelly was phenomenal. He was very thorough and made sure I left feeling better. Highly recommend this office.

I have been going here for 2 years. The first year I hoped my mediocre experience was just by chance but I will be seeking care elsewhere now. The staff is not very savvy. They ask for photos of insurance cards to be sent via text ahead of the visit and then can't find it at the appointment time. When I told them I didn't want new glasses, their demeanor turned rude and dismissive. They tried to charge me for services upon check out that I had not received during the visit, only saying the total amount due and didn't explain until I asked for an explanation of the charges. Turns out they had on file that I was fitted for contacts the previous year but I was not at this year's appointment and they were just assuming what to charge me for. Good thing I asked. At another appointment, I incurred a small balance after insurance. They sent a bill 5 days later and then rudely called me 5 days after that to try to collect payment as though I had no intention of paying it and they were desperate for the money. I would not recommend this place, there are many alternatives out there. I think the staff is an extension of the doctors. While the doctor here has been okay, I just don't want to deal further with this practice and the staff.
