Great experience. Realized the manager added something on without my knowledge or asking. He made it seem like he was giving me a deal, like he was helping me, and then I find out he added an extra feature. Better check your stuff y'all. They must get commission, like phone stores. They train these type of workers to emotionally manipulate you for the sale. Watch out.

I will never go anywhere else for myself and my family's vision needs! The office is second to none; from the front desk and office staff to the doctors and assistants! The office is pristinely clean and the machines are all top of the line! 10/10!

This is the best optometrist group! Every optometrist here is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the staff are equally fantastic and great to work with. They work great with my eyemed insurance plan and are flexible with finding appointments!

First visit here after two recommendations from friends and can say I love this place! Dr. Edge really listened to my vision concerns and took her time with me during my exam. So glad I went here!

This is by far the best eye doctor's office that I've ever been to. We took our girls for exams yesterday which resulted in the doctor noticing something on both girls that needed a further look and both shopping for glasses. This whole process took about 2 hours, but they were so patient and kind that you never would have known it. We are very impressed with how much time the doctor took with the girls to make sure they had correct diagnoses for both. She even brought the youngest who was all too eager to fail that test for glasses back in just to make sure she had given the correct RX. It definitely makes me feel good knowing that she cared enough to take that extra time out of her day for our kiddo. I have been using them for years now which is why we brought our girls there. Yesterday definitely reconfirmed my loyalty to them.

If you happen to need glasses or an eye Dr appointment - go here. You won't be disappointed. The staff are all very friendly and show that they care. The folks that perform your vision test will take their time to work with you and answer any questions you may have. My vision actually improved during my last visit and they wanted to make sure the results were correct so extra time was spent with my confirming this. If you need glasses - ask for Chris. Chris is the kind of salesperson you wish you had the pleasure of dealing with in everything you purchase. Chris will tell it to you like it is - but he's honest and fair. I've been going here for many years and Chris finally told me why my last pair of glasses kept breaking - because I've got a big head. I know I have a big head... I've never found a baseball cap that fits properly. I just assumed all frames adjust & bend out - but all frames are not created equally. Chris told me I needed a different kind of frame and the pair he showed me first I loved right away - my wife who is my biggest critic even approved. Chris was very personable and made us feel comfortable while he walked us through the different options. I wish there were more people like Chris... too bad he doesn't sell cars. ** I've modified my review ** Chris' response below was in response to an old review after a bad visit. Obviously things have changed for me since my first review. I used to only leave reviews after things went bad, I am trying to change my ways and comment when things go right.

My recent experience at this office, especially Dr. Thompson and the staff member named, Angel, was such a delight that I have to share this. Dr. Thompson was very personable, thorough and explained everything, including answering my questions without rushing through my exam or appointment time. She made me very comfortable, even though I had mobility issues. Angel volunteered to fix my current frame that playing with my grandbabies had bent up.... without a charge! Made them look like new again. As we went through the lens options, she was as thorough and as professional in her area of expertise as Dr. Thompson had been in her's. The whole atmosphere was peaceful, staff interaction with each other and the patients was professional and friendly. If you need eye care, I highly recommend choosing Vision One in Acworth!
