Absolutely love Torri! She was so amazing and made my visit very pleasant! She made my wait time very enjoyable and was very attentive to me . I really enjoyed my visit and will be back. This was my very first visit and my very first time calling ... Josh was amazing from the phone call to the contact fitting . I absolutely love them and will be a regular patient from now on! My wait time was not long at all.

I walked into America's Best not prepared at all, and I honestly expected it to be a stressful visit. Instead, it turned out to be a really positive experience. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. We couldn't figure out which insurance I had, but she stayed patient the entire time. She kept saying, "Let me try one more place," while tapping away at her computer. I was checking my app too, and we still couldn't find it at first. She never seemed frustrated and truly went above and beyond to help. When we were called back, Torri (with two R's!) took care of us. My son had the first appointment, and she made sure he felt comfortable from the start. She clearly explained each test and why it was being done, and she answered all of his questions without rushing him. Even though it was a busy Saturday, the office ran smoothly and we were in and out in a timely manner. Overall, great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Torri was the best! She was so patient with me. I don't understand the complaints about virtual eye exams because it said that on the website when I booked my exam. Even if it hadn't I feel like I got excellent care, and the doctor went over everything with just like if she had been there in person. The prices are great, and I will definitely go back.

Josh is seriously the best! He was patient, kind, and super helpful from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure you're satisfied. I'm so grateful for his help and would definitely work with him again!

I made an appointment here because of a deal they were running and I'm glad I did. Torri made my experience here Top Tier Her bubbly personality and amazing energy made the visit that much better. Wait wasn't long, exam was quick and dr was informative. I will be getting my exams done here from now on.

I went to the Albany Ga location with my son he needed glasses. The staffs were very nice, patient and caring. Specially Torri she went above and beyond to help my son navigates through the exam in such way. You can tell when someone love what they do. The energy is just amazing thank you so much. I definitely recommend this location for sure.

Torri was absolutely fantastic! Great personality. Made the initial exam fun, it felt like a game! I will definitely be recommending everyone i know to come here!
