I had the best experience. All the ladies there went out of their way to help me and feel comfortable with the process. The Dr was also amazing helpful and informative. They give me the extra special satisfaction you're looking for when dealing with your eyesight. Thanks all of you so much

Excellent! Was here for 1 hour, exam completed and 1 pair of sunglasses, 1 pair for classroom and all under $200! Eyeglasses World in Aiken was over 1 and a half hour wait and still no exam! Was told to do walk in on Monday

Very disappointing experience. I have been using America's Best for years and never had an experience this horrible. I gave my insurance when I was checking in for my appointment for an eye exam and at the end I was told my insurance wouldn't be able to cover my eye exam and I had to pay out of pocket. It would have been nice to been informed of that before my exam. Staff was rude and the doctor was on a video call. Not very thorough with the prescription test as well. Will not be returning.

I went over to America's Best for eye exam glasses and contacts. When I first walked in everyone was friendly and helpful. They have now a virtual exam. I felt like I got a through exam. I didn't feel rushed in and out like I have been to other places. I was really impressed with there organization and kindness. I'm alittle picky when it comes to picking out eyeglasses. They were patient with me. Have to give a shout out to Jennifer. She was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. Thank you! America's Best! Y'all the best!

Horrible experience!! I made an appointment and we got there 10mins prior. And we had to wait and a lady came after us at later time while we waited and she was taken to her pre-exam first before us! Horrible never coming back! Update: (3weeks later) They said a district manager would contact me and I have YET to be contacted. No responsibility upon themselves what so ever. This place should be shut down.

I am a returning America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses customer, and I was absolutely blown away by the service that I received today! The doctor was so nice and attentive. Mrs. Pat (contact lens sales person) was wonderful!! I am glad that I returned

I scheduled an eye exam for today. I live over an hour's drive away. They called me about an hour before the appointment to confirm that I would be coming. They call me 30 minutes before the appointment time to say that they need to reschedule due to their system for confirming my insurance being down, when that should've been done much earlier. Now, I'm halfway there, wasting my time and resources due to them. I can't seem to shake the feeling that they were hoping that I wouldn't come in since we were the last appointment of the day so that they can leave early. It didn't matter how much I was going out of my way for this appointment. Smh

Loyal customer since 2017 since high school. Never had such a sad experience with this particular store. There is nothing wrong with doctors. But it is the attitude of staff and service. My appointment was cancelled unannounced on a Saturday 9/6/2025. Then I agreed to come back and happily came in today 9/8/2025 around 3:15PM. I was met with few people there, who gave me attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. Came in for contacts, but felt uneasy at the end.. Found better quality service and ophthalmology online rating from Costco. Will be taking my service somewhere else. Usually if you keep a good service and good attitude, customer will come back. Because of trust and comfortability. Thank you to Miami area for doing a great job.
