The whole experience was very good from the start to the moment that I walked out the door. Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and very professional in how I was treated. At each step along the way each person explained what they were going to be doing, and again they were all very pleasant and professional. My journey there has just started, but because they all did their part to make me feel welcomed I have no worries as to what's going to hapoen. I would recommend the EyeGuys to everyone. This place did my mother's cataract surgery and now they're going to do mine. My mother had an excellent experience and was very happy with the results of her surgery. I'm just going through the preliminaries right now but everyone has been very friendly and professional. They've done an excellent job of explaining the whole process and all the instructions I need to follow. I was feeling a little apprehensive but they've been really great about answering my questions and being patient with my concerns. I'm feeling much more comfortable now going forward.

Very helpful staff at every step in the process. Explained the procedure to me and all options. They were flexible in scheduling. During the procedure, Dr. Brown explained everything as/before it was happening so nothing caught me by surprise. I had very little discomfort after the procedure and the next was seeing great and doing every day things! Blown away by how easy this was!

I have no complaints about my cataract surgery. They did an amazing job! The only complaint that I have is their payment process. They require everything to be paid in full before surgery, which is no problem! We payed all that was written up on our financial obligation page but then still received a bill after my 2nd surgery. We are on medicare, it would have been nice to know this additional balance that would occur so that we could have been financially better prepared. We were also charged an additional office visit to generate a prescription. Really?? That should have been included!
