I have a wonderful experience! The staff was kind and sweet and Miss Ronda took care of me! I was surprised how fast my glasses were done! They told me It's going to take about two hours for my glasses to be done! To be honest, I got about 20 minutes away and they was texting me telling me that they was ready for pick up! Now that's what I call fast service!

Me and my daughter went in to get glasses. We were meet by someone as soon as we got in. The young lady that helped us was so nice.she showed us the glasses. She all so broke down the prices of the glasses. We overall love the experience. It was same day experience promised, and we got our glasses in less than an hour.Overall recommendation for everyone to go here.It was in our price range and they stay accept a lot of different insurances.

We had an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advance. We had to wait hours to get to the back to start the first process of the exam. We also acquired a new insurance plan that allows you to upgrade either a higher amount towards glasses or contacts and I wanted to use it. As we were waiting in the back to be seen by the eye doctor we overheard the ladies in the front call someone else to ask how to apply the insurance upgrade. One lady got off the phone and told her co-worker that "that patient is gonna be mad as hell because they've never used the upgraded insurance before and aren't sure how it works for them to get paid so she was advised to tell her she can't use it." Needless to say we left once we overheard this conversation. Very unprofessional work environment between the ladies at the front. If you're going to talk about patients at least try to be quiet about it and telling a patient no, you can't use your insurance upgrade because "you've never done it before and your office doesn't know how it works for you to get paid?" A simple phone call to the insurance provider would've fixed that. Never going back. Wish I could give zero stars.

One star was lost due to the amount of time waited with an appointment. Appointment time was 3. Was not called back until 4:40. Other than that the experience was excellent. Staff were friendly. And the dr was great at explaining. Received 2 pairs of glasses and both were ready for pickup 30 minutes after I left. Was able to use buy one get one free with insurance. Only place I know that offers the free pair with insurance. Again 5 stars if the wait wasn't ridiculous with an appointment. If they are falling behind due to walk ins then they need to not accept the walk ins until all appointment are caught up.

Within the first minute of being there, I felt completely welcomed and motivated by Rhonda's amazing energy and genuine desire to help! She was incredibly attentive, offered great suggestions that made choosing my frames easy, and explained all the insurance benefits so clearly. Thanks to her, I walked out with three pairs of glasses that I absolutely LOVE! Huge thank you to Eyemart Express--and an even bigger thank you to Rhonda. I'll be recommending her to all my family and friends. She is truly the best!!!

Erica and the staff were really nice and helpful. They have a variety of frames, and you can get a 2nd cheaper pair for a specific price. I received both of my glasses within two hours. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Eyemart express did an amazing job and had my glasses ready in 30 minutes! They have very unique glasses with great brands and even youth glasses! I will NEVER go anywhere else for glasses again! Prices were also very reasonable and I even got 2 pair because they have a complimentary pair. The staff were very helpful and kind as well!

I stopped by in October to schedule my appt for today November 24 @3:15. I received a reminder text message today @2:15. I arrived @3:00 for the receptionist to tell me the doctor can't see me today. The receptionists weren't apologetic about wasting my time either. Apparently they called on 21st, and didn't leave a voice message because my VM was full...A COMPLETE LIE! I currently have 14 vms. I can't remember the last time I deleted any vms, and someone left me a message this morning. So there's no way vm was full Friday. If you do schedule, make sure to call and confirm an hour before your appt because they don't care about wasting people's time. Same Day, IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: I see where your receptionists, your employees, learn their lack of accountability. I understand things beyond our control happens, but their bad attitudes, lack of accountability and consideration was poor customer service. No one apologized and they acted as if it was MY fault that I wasn't informed to reschedule prior to arriving. I would have rescheduled if they didn't have such nasty attitudes and apologized for the miscommunication.
