The technician that checked me was the best service I have ever received here. She was helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. Unfortunately I can't remember her name at this time but I was very pleased with her. I'm saying this because previous technicians have not measured up to her.

Everyone is always so pleasant in this office. It amazes me the flow they have between them as they put you through so many testing machines, then to Dr Marks. It's certainly a professionally run organization of happy, wonderful people. Thank you.

All of the staff gives great customer service. I was pleasantly surprised that I had a very short wait time for this appointment. Dr. Daniel is a very good doctor as well as a good listener.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident in their care for me and my family. When I started there Dr. Marks saw me. He was very honest and helpful. He had been taking care of my mother and had performed her surgery. Because of my age he suggested I see Dr. Daniel. There was no ageism involved. He wanted to ensure I could start with a good doctor that would be around for many years to come. Dr. Daniel is excellent. I just wish the eye glasses weren't so expensive. But then that is everywhere. They also perform out patient surgeries right there. It is a one stop shop.

From Check-in to Check out, this is a great group of professionals! You are treated with kindness and respect, unlike some other places! I see Dr. Jared Staats and he is awesome! The Staff Members are also awesome! They all take great care of your Eyes! Very pleasant experience, every time I've been! I highly recommend Augusta Eye MD!

Great experience with everyone! I especially appreciate the time they take to explain things and answer questions without making me feel like I'm taking up too much time or asking silly questions. It's clear that patient comfort and education is an active effort and that patient care is considered a collaborative effort that INCLUDES the patient.

Dr. Stuart Mark's staff were all very polite, friendly, relaxed, experts in their work of testing my eyes and my vision. I felt immediately confident during their examinations, learning as I asked questions.

Love this eye practice. From the time you walk in you are greeted by very caring receptionists . Then in each step in your examine you are talked to and cared about. Details of different test are explained to you. Dr Marks is kind and patient and a very thorough doctor. Best of the best
