Hello
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Eyeworld. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door and everyone was very nice. Alexis assisted me with my glasses. This was my first time buying prescription glasses. She was very helpful and took the time to explain everything. She made the process so easy. There were several things, I did not understand and she was very knowledgeable and very detailed.

Had a great first time appointment at Eye Glass world. Everyone was very kind, helpful, quick and knowledgeable. I worked specifically with Drew when picking out my frames, she was an absolute gem! She was so personable and worked hard to help me feel comfortable. She answered my questions with detail, and worked hard to find the best plan for me. She was absolutely phenomenal, so much so I made an additional appointment with her for my family. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I came into the store to order contacts. They charged my credit card $409.91, then said they had no record of the transaction. They asked to see my credit card record. I showed them the transaction on the credit card app. Their response was that they couldn't find the transaction on their system, so I would need to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and reorder the contacts. This is not an honest business.

Ashley, Ashley, Ashley. Did I say Ashley?! I was disappointed to find out that despite my lasik surgery I had 4 years ago that I needed eyeglasses again. So I went straight to the place that my husband trusted for his eyewear purchase. I walked in and she showed she sincerely cared about me. I wanted and needed help deciding what was a good fit and she gave me the feedback I needed. I was overwhelmed with choices and afraid to make the wrong decision concerning the lenses. She never made me feel pressured and expressed patience with me. She was kind and understanding despite my request to be explained a couple of things again over. Ashley treated me with dignity and respect. I'll be forever grateful.

I had a very amazing experience at Eyeglass World, all the staff were extremely nice and helped me through my appointment smooth and speedy. The two woman in the back at the counter helped me easily set up my appointment and it didn't take long for me to get through any tests that needed to be done. The doctor was also very nice and informative during my tests. The one staff member, Larae, helped me pick out and pay for my glasses and was extremely nice to me throughout the entire process. Overall, the entire staff were very nice and I'd gladly come back for another appointment.

I have not had glasses made that I see this well in over 8 years! I got a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses and I couldn't be happier. Alexis was great to work with. She measured perfectly that my progressive readers are great! Will I skip purchasing glasses from my eye doctor in North Augusta and go back to Eyeglass World next year? Yep! And to the people in the back making the lenses, job we'll done!!
