Insight Family Eye Care

I recently visited Dr. Brown's office for an appointment and it was a great experience! Prior to my visit, we found Dr. Brown pre-pandemic and she treated my girls. Even then she was very detailed oriented, educated us on our daughters exams, made them feel comfortable and welcome. . my girls are very shy, and she made sure all questions were asked and answered. Fast forward to 2025, I wanted a Dr. who would listen, understand my concerns and educate . . . enter Dr. Brown! Her office was very accommodating and I greatly appreciated that! She was very thorough with my exam, she took her time and made sure that my vision was as clear as possible (Oh it was bad, lol, but she got me there). Her and her staff were thoughtful, educational, and informed me of my best options. I truly enjoyed my experience. She will be our family OD going forward! No ifs, ands, or buts about it! Highly recommended!

Such a wonderful first visit experience! I will definitely be back. The doctor and staff were so professional and friendly-definitely well worth the price (self-pay). I was perusing the office pics for Halloween , all were beautiful;however, my vote goes to Ms. Vickie for most creative; she went beyond the call (totally GREEN FACE - Mrs. Hulk). She wins without a doubt. I love a professional environment where you can laugh, be productive and still give excellent customer service. Loud applause...

Good doctors are hard to find in general but one that's great and patient with higher needs kids is almost unheard of until you meet Dr. Brown and her team. Timothy was very helpful, patience and professional while working with the kids. Dr. Brown is very thorough and have several tools in her toolbelt to get the data needed to give the best recommendation. Not only does this amazing place service kids, they service adults too. After searching for an eye doctor to check my medically complex child's eyes, I was shocked at how thorough Dr. Brown and her team are. I have a rambunctious 5-year-old who probably gave them a run for their money, but they handled it with such understanding and grace. Dr. Brown is incredibly detail-oriented and makes sure every "i" is dotted and every "t" is crossed. I'm so happy to have finally found an eye doctor who I trust with my child's care. Highly recommend!

I can not even begin to describe how flawless the experience was with Dr. Brown and staff. I brought 2 boys in to get their eyes checked, one who already has glasses and one who is new. The youngest was nervous, but she made it a very positive experience. I didn't feel pressured one bit to buy glasses through them. I wholeheartedly recommend and will continue our care there for years to come!

I love my eye doctor dr brown and tim brown are awesome especially mrs Vicky she was straight forward with me on taking care of my eyes and making sure I wear them when I drive at night and this was our first time there will be back again

We had the best experience! I was a little nervous about taking my 4 year old to get his eyes checked because he is my little anxious child. Dr Brown is amazing and was great with him! All of our family will definitely be back.

When I walked in, Ms. Vicky greeted me and I felt like I was at home. What a great first impression at Insight Family Eye Care. Dr. Brown and staff, Mr. Tim and Ms. Vicky was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and amazing. I moved from Florida to Georgia, finding new doctors that fit my needs and having health issues can be very canchallenging. I was recommended by the Harrisburg Clinic. Dr. Brown is very informative, strong communication, well spoken, down to earth and an active listener. I was very impressed with her bedside manners. Great experience!
