I had a great experience at LensCrafters! I found some really nice glasses that I absolutely love. The staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely personable. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, from helping me choose frames to finalizing everything quickly. I truly appreciated their friendly attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This rate would have been 1 star because I received my glasses in less than satisfactory condition. However, it is 5 stars because of the amazing customer service experience that I received from Ms. La 'Keshia!!!!! This person understands customer service and the importance of seeing the transaction from the customer's perspective. I will recommend your store and stress the importance of customer service professionals like Ms. La'Keshia! Additionally, Dr. Sara and her staff were Exceptionally pleasant and professional!!! Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Incorrect Lens Order and Service Issues. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with my order of two pairs of glasses placed a couple of weeks ago. When I placed the order, I clearly stated that I needed the thinnest lenses for both pairs. However, when I first picked up the glasses, I discovered that the lenses were not the thinnest option as requested. I was then informed that the lenses would need to be reordered, and I was required to pay an additional fee for the "thinnest" lenses. After receiving notification that the glasses were ready for pickup, I visited the store today. Unfortunately, only one pair was ready, and I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes for the second pair. To make matters worse, there was another mistake -- the lenses were placed in the wrong frames, switching the two pairs. As a result, I have now been told I must wait another week. This series of errors and delays reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. I have made multiple trips to the store and experienced unnecessary inconvenience, which is very disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Given the repeated mistakes and delays, I believe appropriate compensation or a refund of the additional lens fee should be considered. Jun

Roxy or Roxi is the best. Great customer service and she was really helpful. Took her time and made sure I was taken care of. Because of her I got 2 new pairs of glasses and I got my favorite glasses fixed. Give that young person a 1 million dollar raise.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Sara at LensCrafters in Augusta Mall! She was so patient, kind, and absolutely wonderful with my 4-year-old. She took her time explaining everything, made him feel comfortable, and turned what could've been a stressful visit into something fun. The best part? The next day, my son actually asked if we could go back to see Dr. Sara! I wish all medical professionals were this caring and compassionate. She truly exceeded our expectations, highly recommend!

Roxy was friendly and helpful. I hate picking my glasses. She made the process extremely easy! I'm a satisfied customer and I will be returning!

Honestly a 10/10 for my girl Roxy. She took the most amount of time helping me pick out my glasses. She wasn't gonna let me walk out feeling bad. And I know, because she looked stylish, that she knew what she was doing. Angel from god sent below so I could feel beautiful. All the ladies need to ask for my girl Roxy when they walk up in there. (And can we get an evans or Grovetown location with my girl Roxy running the show?)

Ms. Henderson was awesome! She was knowledgeable, professional and patient with me while I navigated my options. I highly recommend this Augusta Mall location.
