Nikki, Jeremy, and Donna all provided me with quality care. My whole appointment was very calm and relaxing, everyone was friendly despite the early hour, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen! The ladies were very helpful picking different frames for me to try and giving opinions to help me pick something that looked nice on me. Jeremy was my tech and he was very personable and explained everything in a way that made sense! The doctor is able to see everything they need to virtually (in most cases to my understanding) through the imagining done by the techs, and will review it with you on video call. Wonderful team overall:) thank you

Donna is the best so helpful with suggestions on glasses and the buying process. She fixed my daughter's glasses gave suggestions for my son 100% heaven sent. Jeremy was great explaining the process to my kids. I really do appreciate the time he took. No rushing no aggravation is very pleasant while explaining the process to the kids. Great experience!

They were all welcoming, professional, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole visit felt easy and stress-free. It's obvious they care about their patients. I really appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely recommend this location.

Just had our visit and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant time! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The exam was thorough and they had a great selection of eyewear. Donna the eyewear technician was amazing!

Jeremy and Donna were AMAZING with helping my husband and I picking out frames! We also got a pair of the Rayban Meta Glasses and they're PERFECT! Don't walk, RUN to MyEyeDr. Not only are the prices and frames exceptional but the customer service from Donna and Jeremy are the icing to the cake!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Donna was very caring and attentative when we went in to get my mom some new glasses. She went above and beyond to help us and found a great discount for mom. She also took the extra time to adjust and clean my mom's old glasses. I highly recommend!

Both of the virtual doctors did an amazing job as well, explaining everything clearly and making the exam easy to follow. Donna was great while checking me out, friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Everyone was AMAZING. It took me forever to pick out a frame and Donna was SO SWEET. Jeremy did my exam & he explained everything so thoroughly & answered all of my questions. Felicia was the intake lady and she was so very kind as well. Honestly, ALL OF THEM were just amazing.
