I came for the first day today. Ms. Holly (The Brand Manager) helped me pick out my glasses and she was patient and nice to make sure I got the best look with my glasses! They were very affordable and I really liked that she broke down all the charges under my purchase and made sure I got the best deal available today. I would highly recommend coming here.

So super helpful! Was very happy and impressed with my visit here yesterday! The nurse who checked me in and got me set up with virtual doctor was super nice. The lady who helped me pick my frames was beyond helpful!! I think she helped me try on nearly every frame they had and told me her opinion on each one. She was so helpful and kind and I was extremely grateful to have her help and input bc I have such a hard time choosing glasses. Then she did everything she could to get me the best price on the frames and to keep it within my budget. Definitely recommend this location!!

I picked up my glasses from this location after Thanksgiving and they snapped on my face out of no where while I was sitting down behind my desk at work. This happened on Christmas Eve. Went back to get them fixed, had to pay $25 smh which was total bullshit. Because what type of glasses just snap on your face out the blue. I asked the guy "Clodold" Will this happen again and he responded with "I don't know" like what???? Got them fixed and they snapped again on New Year's Day 2026 smh. I'm definitely not going back here to get them fixed for a SECOND time. Just went to America's best to order me new frames, where I should have went all along. Worst place to go to get glasses, run far away as you can from this place!

My name is Mr Collier and I must say I believe his name is Isaiah he's the new guy who just started working at that location has absolutely become a beacon of light and brightening it up the entire facility!! With his warm smile and amazing customer service this gentleman went way out of his way to ensure my optical needs were met.. I initially was only looking at frames and wasn't interested in getting glasses today but with his hospitality and knowledge of their product I could not and did not leave that store without the perfect pair of glasses both lenses and frames that was perfect just for me!
Keep up the great work!
