My experience at Tippet Eye Care was outstanding! Staff was helpful and courteous. Special shout-out to Zaniyah. She was able to select the perfect pair of frames that I needed. She made my concerns at ease with her knowledge of what frames would best and suit my needs. She also made getting my glasses a pleasure. Today, I entered into the establishment needing assistance in replacing my son's glasses and the staff was so helpful. Wendy went over and beyond contacting my insurance company to verify benefits for both myself and my son. We were able to get appointments and realize we hadn't taken advantage of any of our vision benefits. She worked with my schedule and found the perfect times for us. This will be the first review that I have ever left~
I had the unfortunate occurrence of a viral infection in my eye. Dr. Tippett's office saw me right away and prescribed medication. He wanted to see me again the following day and prescribed yet one more medication to ease the discomfort. On the third day, I called to see if there was anything else we could "throw" at this aggravated eye and they offered to work me in again even though the schedule was full. I felt comfortable with the kind lady working the front desk (Wendy) & let her know without insurance I didn't feel like I could pay a third office visit charge. She relayed all this to Dr. Tippett and he, HIMSELF called and offered to see me at no charge. I was so humbled!! He is a wonderful eye doctor and a very kind man!
