I went to my first time visit to this office,Blairsville Eye Care yesterday. I had a great experience from the front desk staff to, Dr. Andre Baron is excellent, professional and listen to all your concerns and answered all my questions. Very professional. Also the lady that took my eyeglasses order. So, sorry forgot her name. She is very professional took her time explaining everything to me made sure I had the best fitted glassware. I felt very comfortable there. The office is beautiful makes you feel like home. This will be my go to office for all my eye care needs. Thank you. God bless you all :)

My husband and I were new patients asking to have our eyes checked during the very busy Thanksgiving holiday period. They scheduled appts. for us but also placed us on a cancellation list. We were called within the week, following 2 back to back cancellations. Dr. Hollier and staff were excellent. His was the best, most thorough eye exam I had ever received. My husbands lenses arrived much faster than expected, and we're perfect. He said they were the best lenses he'd had in 10 years, and he is very particular about his glasses! The entire staff is very responsive, professional, and friendly.

Moved here from DC not long ago. Was referred to this place with favorable reviews. The Dr is top notch BUT................ The Blond lady at the front desk needs some SERIOUS training in customer service, as does the woman who fits your glasses! The desk lady was cold, impatient and came off with a holier than thou attitude. The eye glass fitting tech might have known her stuff, but she would NOT shut up! What should have taken no more than 15 mins dragged on for almost an hour! And I REPEATEDLY told her I was short on time that day. Did not seem to matter to her at all. I knew more about her life story than I do about some of my closest friends! When I went back to get my new glasses, they were wrong in where the bifocal and regular prescription lines were supposed to be. Not wanting anymore to do with this bunch, I chucked them in the trash and went elsewhere. Good way to throw almost $300 away! Thanks a LOT guys!
