Southeast Eye Group - Blairsville

Great staff and doctors. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable as well. My only complaint would be that I usually have to wait about 30 minutes before I get seen.

We have used Southeast Eye Group for a few years now and continue to return. I feel each appointment is a well rounded check on the health of the eye. We are never made to feel rushed through an appointment and best of all the doctors speak to the patient, even when the patient is a child, which I really appreciate

9/8/2025 went for eye exam and new sunglass frames and lenses replaced in my own frames. Couple weeks later I called as they never did and was told glasses were ready but sunglasses had to be sent back to lab because they weren't up to standard. Week later those came in and I was able to pick up. Tried them on and the prescription or alignment was way off as I couldn't see much of anything. I may have gotten a little testy as I paid 1600 dollars and no glasses, was told no refund and let them make it right. October 20 2025 another exam and prescription, November 7th picked up glasses and they still aren't right, I can see out of the bottom 1/4 of the lense. Travelled to Florida and since I didn't have but an older pair that I could use I went to a different optometrist, left eye prescription is way off as is the alignment, explains the use of the bottom if lense. Ordered new lenses from new optometrist and figured SE Eye would make it right, offered me 300dollar refund, so I spent 1300 dollars and 4 visits to their office for a pair of sunglass frames. They are expensive but if they did their jobs right it may be worth it. Never again.

I went in for an eye exam. I was told my insurance would cover the exam and there would be no charge. During the exam I was asked if I wanted my eyes scanned but the insurance would not cover it. I told them no just put the drops in, so they did and finished the exam. I told them that I had cataracts but I vision has changed due to skin cancer surgerys on my face and needed new prescriptions. The doctor wanted me to have cataract surgery before getting a new prescription. When I checked out to leave I was charged $45 because they was billing my insurance as medical and not as an exam. I will never go back to them again. In my opinion they are not there to give customer service but to get your money.

Staff is good and Dr is really easy to speak with. Decent prices too. Easy to get to also.

Very poor service, got there ten minutes before my appointment and it took a hour before I got called back. They double book and don't care how long you have to wait.

My whole family comes to the Blairsville location and sees both Dr. Coleman and Dr. Gabby. They are both wonderful, very attentive to details, take time to listen to you and answer your questions. They give factual information back by science and the new technology for testing that the facility uses allows them to see an in-depth look into your eyes that they share while looking at them with you. They take the time to explain what each scan is for and what it is looking at. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

They saw me last minute when I lost my glasses. Nice staff and very clean inside.
