Mountain Eye Care PC

I got an eye exam a few months back, then a follow up exam to ensure my prescription would be right. Ordered the glasses and went back a number of ties for adjustments. The optical staff did try, but I now have a beautiful new eyeglass frame sitting in my junk drawer that will eventually be donated somewhere. The glasses never sat on my face comfortably and I was never able to see out of them, could not wear them for more than a few minutes. Not sure if the prescription was off or the lenses, but either way I still do not have an updated pair of glasses to wear.

Visited Mountain Eye Care this afternoon with my sister in law. She needed her eyeglasses adjusted. We were so fortunate to have Miss Lanette assisting us. What a very considerate and patient person she was. She also was kind enough to replace the nose pads on my eyeglasses. We can't thank you enough for your kindness Lanette !

My daughter and I both had first appointments here as new patients yesterday and today. We both had very pleasant experiences with the staff, as well as with Dr Starling. Our concerns were heard, and our exams were thorough. Everything was explained very clearly and Dr Starling took her time with us to explain things to us in a way we understood. We did not feel rushed at all, and there was little to no wait time. Our appointments were done in a very timely manner. I also appreciate how responsive the office staff is. I was able to get someone on the phone almost every time I called, and the one time I left a message, I received a return call before the end of the day. Their communication, service, and care is top notch. I like this practice better than the two we had used previously in a different town. So glad to find Dr Starling and Staff at Mountain Eyecare!

Excellent eye care, and I've been a patient for many years with Dr. Turner, and recently with Dr. Allen. I was taken care of with personable and caring doctors that are thorough with exams and always spend the time to answer any questions and explain results. Treated very well by staff .

Over priced and can never, ever get a live person on the phone. Had my own frames and lens cost me over $450!...if I hadn't needed them so badly I would have walked. People are friendly but that's it.

Wonderful eye care office, Everyone is super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. When my glasses broke and I couldn't see they got me in ASAP and got me right.

The staff at Mountain Eye Care was great. They worked me in quickly (next day due to a cancellation), were friendly, prompt, and worked smoothly with my insurance provider. Dr. Turner was responsive to my concerns and the summary of care materials the office provides following the visit are informative. My husband and kids will be having their appointments at Mountain Eye Care in the coming days - I feel confident they will have a positive experience, too.

Mountain Eye Care is top notch. My wife and I have been going there for years. ALL the staff are welcoming, professional, and very well educated. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Their prices are a tish high for their frames but I don't mind paying it because the staff is so helpful.
