The Dr was great and the actual appointment was wonderful, I've been going there once a year for about 6 years and this time is only time I've had issues, I brought my daughter with me this time and we went to go get the glasses and I don't know if it was a new lady or not but I asked her to put it where the frame went longer before it went down on my ear because the glasses were falling off my head whenever I put them on and she took it over to the heat machine after she was looking at me like she had no clue what I was saying put it under the heat thing and then just brought it back, didn't do anything else so I just was disappointed about it and said they were fine because she obviously didn't know how to do it, and so we get are bag that we were given and left. Then saw we didn't get any of the cleaner spray that you normally get and only got one cleaning cloth I guess for me and my daughter to fight over(joke). Not to mention the glass case I got was a case that didn't match my glasses at all(a completely different brand from the glasses) and it didn't even fit the glasses in it, the case actually stays open with the glasses. I don't know if it was a new lady or not but I just never had that experience here, not to mention we waited about 15 minutes before someone actually came up and helped us when we were sitting at the desk where you get your glasses and try them on which is where the receptionist told us to go, that's not a big issue though, just unusual that there were people working just ignoring us. Normally everything is smooth and no problems but like I said before, the Dr, nurse and receptionist were great

I've never left a negative review, but I've used MyEyeDr for years and won't anymore at this location. My husband and I both had negative experiences and received poor customer service at our first appointments. It's not worth the convenience.

I've been doing business with this place since they were Lords eye care. A screw on my glasses snapped in half and the lenses fell out. I took them in to see if they could repair it. They could not but said someone downtown can drill it out and then they could put a new screw in. When I asked who does the drilling, nobody there had an idea who it was. If you dont know who does the work then why bother telling me somebody does. Tried to get a new pair of glasses, thwy wouldn't do it because my prescription had expired. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars in there over the last 20+ years. I will not drop another di.e in this place. The lady I talked to was rude in my opinion. I dont want a new prescription, I just wanted a new pair of glasses. The prescription I have is perfectly fine. Now they are trying to force me to spend money I dont want to spend, do something I dont want to do which is see the eye doctor. I get all the BS regulations imposed by the powers that be, and companies have to do what they're told but, the lady did not have to be rude, in fact what she should've done is try to get an eye exam set up for me there at My Eye Dr. Needless to say, I left fuming, never going to spend another dime in there and I WILL poor mouth this place to everyone I know that wears glasses and contacts. I will let them know exactly how I was treated. BTW, I know so many people in this county it's not even funny. Maybe ?

I have been going to this location sense 2019 and before that I lived in OrangePark Fl. and I went to the location there . I just went here today and yesterday for my grandsons and it was the best service I have ever had . Thank you so much ,You all are great.

Will definitely start using MyeyeDr for all my eye care needs. There was one lady that went above and beyond her job. Joe took the time out to explain everything to me in great detail. Will definitely be back. Signed happy customer

We had 4 appointments across 2 days and they all went well! The staff is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! They helped up pick out glasses for each child that fit their personalities! They were so good with my little ones and teens! We are excited about our new glasses!

today I took my son in for an appointment just to get his eyes checked an was told that I needed to get something extra (which would cause me to pay out of pocket) that I later found out I didn't need. when I asked at the front was it something that I needed to get she stated that the doctor highly recommends it, but it wasn't recommended when I brought my daughter in a month earlier. I just hate for something to be suggested or highly recommended by and doctor just to make an up sell.

I've been using My Eye Dr. for years. No more. Today I went for my annual visit, and they are obviously going toward a more virtual experience. A technician did some brief tests on my eyes and uploaded them to a portal. I was then connected to a virtual technician who did more tests on my eyes and uploaded them. Then, I was connected to a virtual doctor (the technician said there are over 400 in their network and you never know which one you'll get to see). The virtual doctor analyzed my tests and my prescription was printed out. A live doctor never looked at my eyes! It was never explained to me prior to my visit that I would be seeing a virtual doctor. Had I known this. I would have never come to the appointment. I am beyond disappointed that this company has chosen corporate greed over human connection. I will never go here again. Please choose a local eye doctor instead of a corporation that has sold out to AI and technology giants.
