My surgery was performed by Doctor Keith Berry on both right and left eyes. Following both events Doctor Berry personally called me to check on my condition that first day. I am 80 years old, and never has any doctor done this before. My results are absolutely amazing, and I could not be more pleased. I recommend him and his staff to anyone considering cataract surgery in the highest degree.

Dr. Ortiz and everyone that helped us at GA Vision was so kind and professional. Dr. Ortiz took a lot of time explaining what was going on with my eyes and helped alleviate my anxiety.

I WAS an established patient at this office. Today, I was supposed to be seen for my yearly eye check examination. While I was in the shower, my husband notified me that my appointment (which was made a year ago) had been canceled due to the fact I didn't fill out information through my email. This made me agitated to say the least! I called the office furious and stated how do you treat 90 year old patients that might not even have access to the internet???? Only then I was told the appointment had been canceled because the Doctor had a personal emergency! Why wasn't I told that in the first place? This office needs training in proper communication with their patients. I won't be going back.

Have had to reschedule appointments multiple times for my daughter. The first time they called me a few weeks before the apt which is perfectly acceptable. The second time they called the a hour and half before the appointment to reschedule because the Dr my daughter is seeing is in the villa rica office and my daughter has to be seen in the Carrollton office due to a specific test she needs to take. It's completely ridiculous that they waited to almost the last minute to reschedule.

Most unhappy!
I have had an appointment for cataract surgery evaluation for five weeks. I got a call four hours before my appointment saying they don't take my insurance! Now I have to start all over again! Seems a competent office staff would have picked up on this weeks ago.

My wife and I visited Doctor Yancey's office yesterday on 9/11/ 2025 and were a few minutes late for our appointment. The staff took us right in and we were taken care of in the usual prompt way as if there was no delay. Everything was as smooth and professional and friendly as always. I cant say what the eye exam would've been like (we went to the Villa Rica office and they were awesome) but if you have any issues with your lenses at all, you will be dismissed and expected to pay ridiculous prices. The people handling the fit and finish are rude and want nothing to do with actually helping get the right lenses. We'll gladly make the extra drive to go to Villa Rica from here out.
