This vision center has THE BEST customer service! Snacks, drinks, charging ports for your cell phone and even a stash of blankets for anyone that may be chilly is located in the super comfy lobby as you arrive. Staff is very friendly. The eye exam is very pleasant, no drops for me! I had gone to another eye dr last time because west ga eye care was out of network, but I have quickly realized that it is worth it for the little more you will pay out of pocket to be treated this wonderfully. AND they show you how to easily file for out of network reimbursement! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Go see them!

Our experience today at West Ga Eye Care was excellent! From the moment we walked in the door we felt as if we were important to the whole staff and they wanted us to get the best help possible. My daughter was treated so well and her issues were heard. From the snack when she had to wait for the drops to settle, to the conversation about her everyday life with Dr. Carter, the whole visit felt catered to us. My daughter was seen, heard, and helped today and she cannot wait to get her new glasses!

I finally went and got my vision checked after more than a decade and I'm glad I selected this optometrist. Everyone was friendly and fun to talk too. The facility itself was modern and very clean. I really enjoyed my visit and now I have a really nice pair of glasses!

I had a fantastic visit at West Georgia Eye Care this morning! Everything was great right down to the surroundings, the office was super cute and the staff amazing. Tiffany took such good care of me and made choosing a pair of glasses so easy! I could have never made a decision without her. Outstanding customer service! We had a great experience. I am so glad I chose West Georgia Eye Care. I have a very shy and sensitive eight-year-old who they were so patient and kind with. Will recommend them to everyone.
