Pearle Vision

Mandy is so wonderful. She is patient and encouraging and honest. She has excellent customer service skills and also knows her stuff. We really had a wonderful experience getting glasses for my daughter with Mandy. Also Marie is so nice and helpful. We love this Pearl Vision and our whole family has been coming here for years.

I came in for my first visit with pearle. I worked with Taylor in pre testing, Ms Amy helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my face perfectly. The doctor was amazing at answering any questions or concerns I had regarding my vision. Everyone in the front office was amazing and very helpful. Nice environment and clean.

So incredibly upset and screwed out of my insurance money. I called numerous times about my insurance as I hadn't used it for contacts or glasses and my appointment was coming up. I stressed that so much to whomever I spoke with about that. Each time myself and my husband were told EVERY TIME that the appointment didn't matter because the coverage was a calendar year. Fast forward a month later to my appointment. I talked to them the day before and of course, "Oh no you've lost your insurance money because it's been over a year since you're appointment." Wonderful! Fantastic! In today's economy you just screwed me out of $100's. I need contacts. Can this be something they fix? No. They can't fix that. They can't say, oh I'm sorry, here it's fixed now. They don't care or are ignorant and have no clue what they're doing. When life was already hard your lack of care for your patients and knowledge are beyond damaging. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was referred by neurologist because of side effects I was having to medication. Dr Fareed did an excellent job explaining the octomap and why I was having more floaters. and flashing, etc He was professional and kind. Maria and Chellsea were really great! They fit me in ASAP as they realized I was as worried that something really serious was happening. (It wasn't) .And Maria was great at helping me pick out frames (stylish but affordable on my retiree income.) Thank you!

I went to this Pearle Vision at the end of last year simply to get new lenses for my Oakley frames that I wear to work everyday. I hadn't used my insurance benefits for the year so I thought I'd better before the end of the year. I went to this Pearle Vision in Carrollton. I went through the normal process of the eye examination and then went to order lenses for my frames. The front desk person I don't remember her name told me that because they didn't have my frame to measure the lenses for that I would have to send my frame in to get the lenses made and that it would be $35 for insurance if the frame got broken. I made sure to inquire that I would still be able to use my benefits from 2024 since that's when I initially started the prescription for the new lenses. Well long story short the frames did get broken. Here's the bad part by the time Carrollton Pearle Vision got in touch with me in mid January of 2025 to tell me the frames had gotten broken, 1) I couldn't use my 2024 benefits and had to use my 2025 benefits. 2) So I lost a whole year of vision benefits plus I ended up having to pay out of pocket for lenses for another frame that I already had. 3) I paid for frame insurance and the frames never got replaced. I hope the review helps someone. I like Pearle Vision and I will continue to use them, HOWEVER I WILL NEVER EVER USE THE PEARLE VISION IN CARROLLTON AGAIN.

Everyone time i come I am always treated with kindness and Patience. I am welcomed with open arms to browse around for new frames. Maria always knows which ones will look best on me! She is a great employee and helps me find the best possible deal.

Not friendly and terrible customer service. Came for my exam back in January. When they ran my insurance (which no one even seemed to know what they were even doing) they said my insurance would only cover 6 months because of the certain contact it was. They said no problem though once you run out just come back and we can get you enough pairs until the next year. Fast forward to today and I go in to get another pair from them and they won't give one to me. Not to mention they were not very nice about it. I will go else where for my yearly exam. Terrible customer service to tell your patient one thing and not follow through. Hire some people that know what they are doing.

Wonderful Group. Thanks to Dr Dasani, Chelsea and Maria all for helping a girl out that has totally lost a lot of her vision. Can't wait to get my new glasses!
