America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Walked through the door and was promptly greeted. I checked in for my appointment and took a seat. Within minutes I was called in for my pre exam. The lady was friendly and very professional. I'm nervous about people and things touching or being around my eyes. When it was time for air to be shot into my eyes she kept me calm and at ease. Next I was escorted into the doctor for my exam. The doctor was very professional. After my exam I was taken to look for frames. Angie was very friendly and informative. I was self pay so she went out of her way to find the best deal to fit my budget. A little over a week later my glasses arrived. When I went to pick them up the lady was excellent getting the right fit for me. I'll be a customer for life at this location.

My husband and I had a great experience with America's Best. We went to the store on Macon Road, and Desmond and Gwenda took great care of us. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and they really took their time, making sure the glasses were a good fit and that my husband was happy with his choice. We'll definitely go back next time we need glasses!

I scheduled an appointment and it was okay overall, but the experience felt rushed..almost like being on an assembly line. The doctor wasn't rude, but seemed like he didn't want to be here. After my initial contact lens exam, I had weeks of back and forth. I also tried calling multiple times throughout the day and couldn't get through, as my calls were repeatedly disconnected after being put on holds. Even though I signed up for the membership, I ultimately ended up switching elsewhere. At the new provider, they updated my prescription, which made a noticeable improvement and they had all my lenses in stock which didn't have to make me wait 3 weeks for the lenses to arrive. Overall I was saved a trip and had less stress by switching to a different provider.

Called because I fell in love with a style of frames I got for my reading glasses and wanted a second pair of them for distance. Turns out the style is discontinued but the woman at the counter ( who answered the phone as well) was the most amazing person and hunted them down at the Montgomery office and is having them shipped out for me to use. So ecstatic, talk about top tier customer service. I'm ready for my purple distance glasses

I had a great experience my first time here. Everyone was kind, I was seen at my appointment time and didn't have to wait. Jessica, who helped me with my fitting was super sweet and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to get all my glasses, prices are great.

I picked up glasses and contacts. Was lied ti about the package. Glasses and contacts were not what was promised. Had I known that they could not do the toppers in shades i would have gotten my eyes examined elsewhere. Nothing like awaiting something and getting a switched deal.

The black receptionist with the crooked front teeth(idk her name ) is extremely rude and unprofessional. My first appointment at this place today. She ask for my name for the appointment , I responded "Jodi" . Her response after was "you ain't got a last name". She rolled her eyes and continued with the bad attitude to the point I just had to walk out.

Phenomenal service. Angela was a rock star. So knowledgeable friendly and efficient. Helped to navigate me to the best glasses that my insurance will cover. 5 stars. Thank you Angela
