I should've listened to the other poor reviews about the costumer service. The doctor was great, but the front desk staff desperately need customer service training.

Really bad custumer service the person at the front desk allways is with an attitude. The Dr. Is okay he does the eye exam "express" the less time on the chair the better.... thats why I had to come back to redo the exam and they wanted to charge me again.... whtf?

Excellent experience all around! The staff were amazing and so friendly. Dr. Clark was informative and thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. Having not worn glasses before, the staff in the eyeglass store helped me understand exactly what I needed. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this office!

Excellent visit. The staff was welcoming, polite and patient. Dr. Clark was nice and patient, he answered all of my questions. My daughters and I booked and an appointment because our eye doctor couldn't see us until January. Dr. Clark was able see all three of the day after Thanksgiving. Thank you and we will see y'all next year!

Ridiculously rude. My appointment happened to fall on a day when there was a pretty bad storm. Traffic was horrible and I got stuck behind an accident. As a result I was 10 minutes late. My 15 year old daughter got there on time because she arrived with my husband. She went in at her designated time while my husband worked on taking my other infant daughter out of her car seat. She made the staff behind the counter aware that I would be pulling up momentarily. They were beyond rude, condescending, and completely dismissive. I inquired about their policy on the time frame for rescheduling due to being late for an appointment. One of the ladies informed me that it was 15 minutes. After reiterating that it had only been ten minutes, she went to talk to Dr. Clark. When she came back she informed me that he said, "Let them know they're lucky I'm in a good mood". I will NEVER return.

staff is super friendly, they called me in I think within 10 minutes of my appointment time. i called back later with a simple question and dr clark got on the phone to answer it, instead just letting the gals at the desk handle it. That meant a lot to me, and I will definitely be coming back. oh oh they also have the best selection of under $50 frames that I've ever seen.

My daughter and I went to our appointments Doctor was amazing. Then time to pick up glasses the staff was rude as hell, so rude I walked out an left my glasses but my daughter grabbed them on the way out. I would never go back I will take my money else where. I can not recommend this place to anyone. Reason for 2 stars is only cause the doctor was amazing. It's a shame his staff are rude an were listening but DID NOT HEAR my concerns over my glasses.. Do your self a favor and go else where.

I absolutely love Dr. Clark! I'm a pre-med student and it's very clear to me he's well versed in his profession and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is always super friendly and make an effort to get to know you. I'm so glad I decided to give him a try after many wrong prescriptions given for my contacts in the past. Now for the first time I'm seeing perfectly!
