I lost my glasses during my cruise and I already used my insurance earlier in the year. I called around and they were the only people to take me in and wait around for me to make it back to Columbus right before closing! I got contacts so I'm not blind for now lol. Everyone was so nice and kind to me! They definitely have a new customer

Had the frame on my glasses break the other day, so I took them in to see if they could fix them. 10 minutes later I was walking out with a brand new frame. This is 2nd pair of glasses I've gotten from here and will continue to use them.

Dr Heath and his team are the bestest. I've been seeing them for a few years now when I'm back home visiting. Easy to get in and out. He is so personable and remembers details from when I first started getting exams done here. The atmosphere is nice and organized. Great prices. Support local <3

Everyone was so nice, especially the Dr. He was very down to earth and patient with my daughter. They don't accept insurance unfortunately but my daughter was able to get an eye exam and received her glasses all within just a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend.

The price is great, the eye doctor nice. My problem came from a member of the staff. She preached her religion for about an hour , which is how long I ended up waiting. When she found out I did not follow her beliefs she then said she was tolerant of all beliefs but she was putting a seed of her religion in me so I would learn right and she continued preaching. That's not tolerance that's the opposite. I went there for glasses not a sermon. If I go back and hear preaching again it will be the last time I return.

The absolute best experience with the eye exams, great staff, etc. Best prices by a mile in all areas. It's not possible to find an eye exam for $25 anywhere but here. Try to it's not happening. To the owners, you could easily charge $35-$50 for exams, and still beat the bottom price of competitors which is around $69 according to my search. Dr Rusty, I hope you see this. You are an amazing human. Never do I recall meeting a nicer person. I like your style Doc. I like your style. . Only because it is impossible to make every single person happy, lots of ppl won't allow themselves to be, no matter what. But your hospitality made a patient, and a customer out of me for the life of your shop. Thank You. Thank you to each person at Eye Wear Unlimited !

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were very thorough in explaining the process of the examination, as well as helping me get the eyewear that was best suited for me. They also saw me shortly after I checked in. Great experience.
