These ladies are so great at the eyeglass world here at Manchester expressway love the customer service. Sterling was an absolute angel. Jade, Miriam, Taylor, and Nadine we're awesome as well. As soon as I came to the door they were very friendly and warm and opening to listen to my fiance's story about his eyes and contacts. I totally appreciate them and will return to this establishment.

This place has the absolutely worst customer service I've seen in awhile. It too took weeks for me to get my glasses and I had to call to see if they were ready. When I got there to pick up my glasses it appeared no one wanted to help me even though there were 3 ladies standing around one on a personal call. I would never go back and I certainly would never recommend this outfit to anyone!!!

This rating is specifically for the optometrist's office located in the facility. I was given a 12:30 appointment even though they don't reopen from lunch until after 1:00. The doctor himself was very dry, not kid-friendly, and not informative. When I asked about my child receiving glasses for the first time, his response was simply "no comment." He seems very outdated in his approach and probably should consider retiring. Additionally, they do not include the PD measurement on the prescription, and staff only tell you after the appointment is over that you cannot purchase glasses directly from them if you have Medicaid.
