I see Dr. Rossi here and I love her! She is amazing at what she does. Jennifer does my pre exams for the Dr. and she is very professional, quick & efficient! In addition to those things, she is very charismatic and had me laughing the entire time. I enjoy conversations with her every time I come into the office. My Eye Dr. is a great place to go overall and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

Everyone here was so awesome!!! I saw Claudia and she pre tested my mom and I. She was so sweet and very nice to us. Dr. Rossi did my eye exam and she was awesome. She informed me about everything and made sure I knew what she was doing. Elijah checked me out and made sure i didn't need anything before i left. Carmen was next to him and she was such a sweetheart. I give this place a 100/10. Everyone i came across was amazing. If you need glasses i highly suggest you come here, if i could give more than 5 stars i most certainly would!

This is the best location. Michelle and Tammie are so wonderful. I had several issues with the other location, 17th Avenue, and every issue has been fixed by Michelle. I also had an issue with privacy and Tammie went out of her way to handle this for us. Michelle made my husband and I feel so much better. We had numerous issues with the 17th Avenue location for months. After all of this, we wanted to go to the Veterans Parkway location to see if any of the issues we were having could be fixed. Immediately, Michelle calmed the situation. She went line by line and knew the exact problem. She even knew what was wrong with my glasses. I don't know what she did but everything is fixed and I'm so tremendously thankful for her. She really cared. She never rushed me. She listened to my husband and I and even helped with our other questions that we had. I will always go to this location because of what Michelle did for us. Thank you Michelle and Tammie for all of your help!

Dr. Rossi is awesome, she really takes her time and cares about her patients. She made sure I had the correct contact prescription. She also gave me recommendations , and answered any questions I had. I truly had a wonderful experience.

Chasity was the tech we saw for Dr. Rossi. Hands down, the best customer service and attitude I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing in a business setting. Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you, Chasity, for your kindness and thoroughness when we had questions. It shows how much you truly care about your patients and job!

I'm a returning patient of Dr. Rossi, and once again I had a great experience. I especially want to shout out Chasity -- she was super sweet, helpful, and made my visit so enjoyable.
