This is the best practice I think I have ever been to. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and are always willing to answer my many questions. I am on my fourth Alma treatment for Rosacea and the changes I have seen are night and day. I have seen significant changes in my skin's sensitivity and pigmentation, my cystic acne has not shown up at all. I can not recommend this practice enough.

Drove an hour to be seen after a yag done and still not able to see , because I owed a past bill they would not see me . I had my 70 dollar copayment but because I couldn't pay the bill I couldn't be seen . Very frustrating and disappointing. If I would have known ahead of time I could have come up with money. Spoke twice on phone before appointment and was never told about paying bill or having the bill . Do not recommend traveling to this doctors office

Let me tell you my honest thoughts about North Columbus Eye Center... from the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles, the staff is so friendly. & trust me when I say they will become like family. Dr. C is amazing! He is honest, and that's something I LOVE. He listens and is patient. Dr. C reminds you about your true beauty and what you are having done is just a pick me up. He's not like most doctors who rush to get you out of the office. Then there is Dr. C's wife- she is very hands on when it comes to finding out what you are looking for (in my case, I go for Tox & Fillers). She doesn't try and push you to do more or get more done than what you are comfortable with (I've used a handful of places for injections and they are ALWAYS are looking for a way for you spend more). She is very attentive to just YOU! When you are done with your treatment... you go back to the front to pay. You can't beat the prices they offer for their services. You are greeted again, by the sweetest staff (my favorite Daisy and Jessica) who make sure once again, you are happy with the procedure(s) you had done. They make checking out swift and get you set up for your follow up and/or next appointment! This office is truly amazing. I love being able to walk in this office and be treated like family. You can be your authentic self! North Columbus Eye Center is so much more than its name. This place is a hidden GEM! I promise you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Had a great experience each time I was there twice.Staff and Dr. Ceravolo was nice and explained each process and went above and beyond to explain. Appointments were made expeditiously. I would recommend.

My mom had cataract surgery on one of her eyes yesterday. She was and is still in complete tears. Dr C off friendly then while the surgery was happening Dr C yelled at her readjusted her head extra firmly and at the end of surgery he ripped her mask off her face that had adhesive on it and it hurt her. She asked him why are you doing this to me and I didn't do anything. She was so upset she couldn't tell me until this morning. Something needs to be done. She is scared to go back for her checkup today. She also stated the staff was so friendly she felt like a queen and had confidence in the dr performing the surgery. Until all of what I mentioned happened. Dr C, I left you a voicemail to call me back. I see all these praises on here for how great of a job you do. Why wasn't that same courtesy extended to my mom Jean Abney. Then to add insult to injury you texted her and said " hey hun, checking up on you" I'm struggling with this. Someone from the office please call me. This is unacceptable Chantel Abney. I've left my number on Dr C's cell phone.

Absolutely incredible experience here! Doctor C and staff are quick, knowledgeable and honestly just overall wonderful humans. Had lasik done here and there is not one bad thing I could say about it. Was able to contact someone quickly when I had questions and worked around my schedule. Having an operation on your eyes can be daunting and scary, the staff and doctor alleviated and stress or fear I had about the procedure. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend Dr. C with all my heart. 10/10. Bedside manner incredibly warm, knowledge top notch. Can't sing their praises enough.

I came seeking surgery for my lazy eye from Dr. Ceravolo, and the staff made it so easy for me! The ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful! Ashely specifically helped me the most and she is a angel! She explained my after care and instructions to me and did my eye exams and even calmed me down about my nervousness for the surgery itself. Dr. Ceravolo is kind and calm, very professional and is good at what he does. Its not easy trusting people with your eyes, but he made it very easy. Im glad I found him! The eye center is very clean and organized! I never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. Thank you guys!

I love Dr. C and the staff. I travel from Alabama. I highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for eye services.
