Ive been going here for years. I have just waited over an hour for an appt that took me weeks to get in because of my work schedule. Ive never been more disappointed in this business. Im in literally tears because I need a new prescription and cant go anywhere else because my glasses are in warranty and just getting my lenses replaced. And didnt even try to fight to reschedule because I have such a busy schedule and now I guess I won't be seeing correctly.

Dr. O and the staff were awesome! I was one of the last appointments on a Friday and while other offices are eager to get you through and out the door, I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Every test was explained prior to them being before performed and the staff supported me in assess my insurance benefits for an optimal experience. Dr. O was educational in every step to explain any eye health findings and remedies.
While other offices lean heavily on charting throughout a patient's visit that can take away from bedside manner, I didn't feel that this was the case at Old Town Optique.
I've referred my husband to the office and know he'll have an exceptional experience.
