I have been wearing glasses/contacts since I was 6 years old. Dr. Rossi is absolutely the best, most attentive examination that I've ever had. She truly cares and was extremely informative throughout the entire process. I can only say that "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" is an understatement. There is no better optometrist in the industry.

Where can I start ? Dr. Rossi cares for my entire family ! Routine eye/contact prescriptions that are always correct. My husband lost a lot of vision, she missed her lunch hour to see him. After an hour of examining, She sent us to a clinic in Atlanta for surgery and my husband walked out seeing. Everyone in columbus explained every reason why he would get no improvement. Dr. Rossi knows most answers! If she does not she researches & we are very lucky to have her in Columbus. Words cannot express how we respect & adore her. We give the highest recommendation for her !

Despite being a loyal customer who had previously purchased glasses and a year's supply of contacts from your establishment, my recent attempts to place an order were met with unresponsiveness. For the past month, I made numerous calls, only to be placed on hold for extended periods, promised call-backs that never materialized, and encountered representatives who seemed disinterested in assisting me. The situation reached its peak today when, after another unsuccessful attempt to reach the Columbus GA location, my husband suggested calling a different branch. This decision led me to Alyssa, whose professionalism, empathy, and efficiency were a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos. From the moment Alyssa answered the phone, her polite demeanor and willingness to assist were evident. She not only listened attentively to my predicament but also demonstrated a thorough understanding of her role and how to navigate the system efficiently. Alyssa addressed my concerns promptly, apologized sincerely for the previous mishaps, and even took the extra step of consulting a coworker to expedite a shipment for a trial pair of contacts. I love the doctors and staff. But PLEASE update your website to reflect you close at 2:00 on Saturday instead of 3:00. It's misleading, and now that the office closes at 5:00 during the week, Saturday is the only time a lot of people can come.

Dr Rossi is good, unfortunately, her staff front desk is horrible lack of customer service. customer service is a gift you talk to people accommodate their needs.no need for attitude, Love your work and you don't have to work a day.

I had been buying glasses from Walmart and dollar store. It seemed my eye's where getting worse than they already where. I talked to Jennifer Brooks about it and she told me to come to her work place for an eye examination. Now I'm wearing the right prescription eye glasses and I can tell a big difference!
