I absolutely loved my experience there. The staff was warming. I was greeted with a smile. The energy of the office felt as though the entire staff were "family". The office manager is well educated on her position there. I was greeted with a warm inviting smile. Thank you to the staff member for being exceptionally patient with me as I tried on many frames before I chose the one that stood out to me.The nurse that began my exam was very patient with me. She displayed great professionalism. Dr.Yin was super friendly, thorough, and what a sense of humor! I loved the entire energy. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you, Clarkson Eyecare!

Everyone was so kind! My optometrist dr Yin was very informal and friendly, office was clean! And in this cold weather the temperature was warm and toasty in there. Also I loved that the provider was very attentive to the fact that I'm pregnant. He advised that my eyes will not be dilated just to be safe. I give this office a 10/10 my eyes have found a new home

Very satisfactory experience. Treated with respect from the entire staff. My doctor explained everything clearly and in detail so I could understand what is going on with my vision. Helped ease concerns I had before I got there.

Everything was GREAT until it was time for the sale of the eyewear. The receptionist was awesome. The tech was phenomenal. The doctor matched my nerd energy and answered every last question i asked. The frame stylist...not so much. Communication was terrible. She was either not listening or not paying attention. She used brand names for products as if I knew what she was talking about and didn't explain anything. My frustration peaked quickly so I did my own quick research so I could get my daughter her glasses and leave. My wife and I both need our annual visits. This office was an option, but not after the experience I had with their frame stylist. I won't intentionally put myself into a situation where aggravation comes with the sale. Update: just picked up my daughter's glasses. They girl just handed them to her. Maybe im expecting too much. Any time I've ever picked up glasses, there was a "fitting" at pick up. Meaning the associate asks a number of questions to make sure everything was everything. Not here. I did my daughter's fitting. Smh. Im disappointed and won't be returning.

It has been years since I came here, but I had a horrible experience here when I was 18 or 19 and was recently reminded of it. I had originally been seeing Dr. Foster, but was scheduled one year with Dr. O. When I came into my appointment, I opted out of eye dilation and Dr. O did not like that at all. I have sensory issues and bad past experiences with doctors, and so eye dilation is an absolute no for me personally. I think I had already done the comparable Optimap procedure, but that did not matter to Dr. O. She "allowed" me to get my updated prescription "that one time," but said if I came back to see her I would have to get my eyes dilated. Well, I scheduled with Dr. Foster for next year but got into the office and she had called out, so I had to see Dr. O. It is one thing for her to refuse to treat me, which I understand. But she raised her voice at me and berated me for coming back even though I knew she would not see me without dilation, and argued with me about why dilation is necessary. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack as she raised her voice at me and tried to argue and convince me to get my eyes dilated. Why would I get my eyes dilated when you are bullying me into it instead of respectfully educating me? Why would I want to do a procedure that I am already anxious about when you are raising your voice and making me even more anxious? Again, I don't mind that she refused me service but it was the way she addressed it that was extremely upsetting, damaging and entirely unprofessional. Anyway, I will never give this place my business again and I recommend you do not either. In addition to this unpleasant experience, the people who help with glasses selection in my experience were pushy and always hovering. Thank you Clarkson Eyecare for affirming my fear of medical procedures and mistrust of doctors. Go to America's Best on Dogwood instead, very nice people and they are never pushy.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. They were efficient and took goof care of me. Dr. Yin is excellent..

They got me in and out of there in a timely matter the doctor was great. He explained everything very well. I was very satisfied.
