This was my first time there. They called to confirm my appointment (a message saying, it would be $44). I thought surely not; because I have insurance, and my co-pay is $5 for an eye exam.
When I came for my appointment she stated "It's $39 for our Retinal Imaging." I replied, just dilate my eyes. I don't want the imaging. She stated "We won't see you unless you do the imaging". I was going to cancel my appointment and she said it would be $25 if I cancel.
I did the eye exam(Retinal Imaging), I had to put it on my credit card because I came prepared to pay only $5.
They should give you an option; dilate your eyes, or retinal imaging. I don't plan on going back to "The Eye Center".

Awesome experience. It was very busy when I arrived, yet the wait was not very long. Everyone was very nice. I loved that the doctor actually looked at my eyes after I put in my new contacts. A much better experience than I have had with new contacts in the past.

I must say, this place is Nice and Clean! Great Clean Coffee Machine!! Very Polite and Kind Staff!! My little baby, was having crazy tantrums, and the Staff tried their best to comfort her, and me!!! The Eye Dr, was so Patient and Wholesome! He went about my Big Guys, Eye exam as if, he didn't hear her, with a Smile!!!! This STAFF, is the GREATEST!!! Very Professional, Prompt, and, gets you in and out!!! The wait, wasn't long, for anyone!! I recommend this EYE CARE CENTER, for Everyone!!!! Thanks again, for Your Services, and Kindness!!!!

I have been dealing with Kerataconus for years. From hard small contacts to soft contacts and nothing worked. I was referred to have surgery which I was totally against. Upon moving to Atlanta I started searching for specialists and came across the Eye Center. The staff was super friendly and professional. After my doctor thoroughly viewed my condition, he was able to give me special made contacts that fit the shape of my pupil. This is the first time in over 30 years that I've been able to see almost perfectly. This was one of the best experiences of my life. I highly recommend the Eye Center

This was my first visit & I was well pleased. The staff were friendly & helpful. The process went smoothly & I didn't have to wait long for the Doctor. The testing equipment is very advanced. I could drive myself there & home with no problem. I can recommend this practice with ease. Also I noticed that they are equipped to make the glasses or contacts there since they have their own lab. They have doctors that can take care of cataracts & glaucoma. It is a one stop shop.And they have plenty of frames to choose from.

I enjoyed my experience with the eye center. I went in for my annual exam. They were very thorough and the dr explained all the results and answered my questions. I felt like I was really being seen as a patient and not trying to be forced to purchase any of their other products. The exam was a reasonable price as I am self pay. I would def recommend them to my friends and already have.
