Michelle at the front desk was AWESOME today on 10/29/2025 with both lobbies full she kept a very positive attitude and was very professional even when a patient's was being rude and complaining about the wait. She went above and beyond by offering mints and drinks. I watched her be very personable by greeting everyone patient with the best customer service. I am not a patient here but my aunt is and she loves this facility. I have been here many times and she is always a pleasure. Michelle deserves all the positive recognition.
