Dr. Aarti Pandya

I wish I could give negative stars. During two separate visits for my niece, who recently suffered a stroke and is now dealing with speech, physical, and cognitive challenges - Dr. Pandya has demonstrated a lack of professionalism. During our first visit in May 8, 2025 we were made to wait an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time. Due to the extended delay, I had to step outside to make an important phone call, as the office has no cellular reception and declined to provide Wi-Fi access. When I returned, Dr. Pandya was speaking with my niece. My niece politely asked Dr. Pandya to explain to me what had been discussed. Dr. Pandya responded, "You should have been in here." I replied that I had waited an hour and a half and had only stepped out briefly. At that point, we had exited the exam room into a public common area, where Dr. Pandya, in front of other patients and staff, stated that such a long wait time was "normal." I expressed that this indicated a scheduling issue. She then said, "If you don't like it, take her somewhere else," and added that she was a surgeon and sometimes emergencies occur. Despite this disrespectful exchange, I chose to remain calm out of consideration for my niece, who suffers from anxiety, depression, and the emotional toll of her recent stroke. Her next appointment was scheduled for May 29, which took place today. During today's visit, may 29, 2025 Dr. Pandya demonstrated further unprofessionalism. Upon entering the exam room, she acted as though I were not present. She directed all communication solely to my niece, ignoring me entirely. She positioned her chair directly in front of me with her back turned, which was totally disrespectful and inappropriate. After the appointment, I requested an after-visit summary from her assistant and the front desk staff. I asked specifically to review the medications previously prescribed and their dosages. Both staff members appeared confused and were unable to provide this basic information. Dr. Pandya then came out and claimed that she had not prescribed the medication my niece was taking, only eye drops from today's visit. Still, no documentation or clear summary was given regarding the medications, treatment plan, or visit details. This entire experience has been deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. Dr. Pandya's conduct -- including public dismissal, failure to communicate appropriately, disregard for a caregiver's role, and refusal to provide necessary medical documentation -- falls well below the standard of care and professionalism expected in a medical setting, especially when dealing with a vulnerable patient. Patients and their families deserve respectful, transparent, and compassionate care.

Dr. Pandya and ALL of her staff are the kindest most amazing people ever!! They have been wonderful with working around my schedule in order to be able to take my mom to her appointments. They're super time co scoops so you are NEVER waiting long - and all our appointments have been quick. We've had to go multiple times in the same week, and they're so happy and friendly each time we see them. Dr. Pandya and her staff exhibit true caring about each patient and make everyone feel important and not just like a number. I would recommend EVERYONE go to Dr. Pandya for any eye needs. Truly amazing!!!

Dr. Pandya took action when she found out that I had 3 autoimmune diseases in addition to cataracts that were affecting my vision. The cataract surgery was a success! I never knew how bad my vision had gotten before coming to her.

When I came to Dr. Pandya my vision was 20/400 and I couldn't see anything. I had cataracts on both eyes and she informed me that she could help me, and let me say that I'm so grateful to Dr. Pandya for allowing God to use her, she has changed my life, I have had surgery on both eyes and I'm seeing at 20/10 now which I'm so excited and so grateful. I can't express how thankful I am for her and her staff. They have been professional and so nice. Dr. Pandya you are the absolutely best. Thank you so very much, Kathy

STOP! Her primary focus is co pay and deductibles, which she asked about every appointment. She over charged me and I called her office 10 times to resolve and unfortunately I've never received a return call. Receptionist team just kept giving me the runaround. She also switch her staff several times a year. I wonder what that's all about!!!!!! I also called in for a prescription refilled and she never responded to that request, as well. It's very unfortunate! I was a loyal patient. So I'm going elsewhere, and you should TOO!

Dr. Pandya is phenomenal at her craft & profession! Her attention to detail & patient needs goes above & beyond the call of duty & that's what makes her stand out & superior to her competitors! Because she gives her all to her patients in seeing us become healed & delivered from our different circumstances helps us to know "SHE CARES"! I would Recommend everyone to experience her personality, her love & her care! A1!!

I have been going to Dr. Pandya for 3+ years. I took my mother there. My sister has gone to her for 15+ years. She fixed my vision so I no longer need glasses. She is very carrying and knows what she is doing. She takes time with each patient. I am very pleased with her. The only issue I have is with the office manage. I have gotten over billed, have trouble getting to talk to the manager(she is never available), and so my billing questions are not answered.

My experience was awesome. Receptionist Kayla was the Epic of Customer Service from start to finish. Also Dr. Arati and her nurse was very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. I would recommend family and friends to come visit this office. I give the ladies a 10.
