Target Optical

I had such an excellent experience at the Conyers Optical Center inside Target! I originally stopped in just to look at their Meta glasses and met Cheryl. I was deciding between two frame styles and felt completely on the fence, but Cheryl asked thoughtful questions about how I'd be using the glasses and helped guide me to the perfect pair. She was kind, patient, incredibly thorough, and walked me through pricing, options, and everything in between. I never felt rushed -- just genuinely cared for. When I returned for pickup, Mia/Mya (hope I got one spelling right:())assisted me and made the process seamless. Her professionalism and customer service were top-tier. From start to finish, this was some of the best service I've experienced in a long time. I never would have thought to use Target as my optical center, but between the management and outstanding customer care, I will absolutely be back. Thank you both!

I had a great experience for my 1st visit. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was nice, My consultation was done by Cheryl. Whom so sweet, I absolutely loved talking to her! She also was very knowledgeable and patient with all Of my questions. I love their glasses selections. When it was time to pick Up katrice talk to you like you family. Love that! My case was so cuteeee! And the establishment very clean.

This was my first eye exam, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, every employee was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The staff all had great personalities and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. Catrice Bibbs was who I mainly worked with during my exam, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step along the way. I never felt rushed or confused. The doctor who assisted with my prescription, Dr. Irina Silva, was just as amazing. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and thorough, and really took the time to address everything with me. Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience and highly recommend this office to anyone--especially if it's your first eye exam. Truly a fantastic team from start to finish!

Target Optical exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in to the moment I received my new glasses ! Catrice Bibbs and the other lady at the front desk were super nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. The eye exam went smooth and the whole process was pleasant and quite frankly a surprise considering the environment of customer service we are accustomed to today! This place is on another level and I appreciate great customer service from Target Optical ! I will definitely recommend and will be using them in the near future!

From start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect. They treated me like family. Catrice was both customer service friendly and technician knowledgeable. I wasn't going to consider purchasing from Target but she changed my mind.

I walked in to get my glasses tightened and was greeted by Cheryl Rodgers. She was warm, pleasant and helpful. She assisted me with my issue and didn't ask for a charge which was thoughtful. I would recommend Optical at Target to others that are in need of visual services.

When I say Ms. Catrice is the sweetest and nicest woman I ever met. I came in for contacts and she was beyond a great individual. She made sure I knew how to take my contacts in and take them out before I left. She even gave me information about contacts because it's my first time using them. Please ask for her assistant if you choose to come here, she made me feel very safe and comfortable. She has such an open, happy, and beautiful spirit. I was happy being around her; I appreciate her so much and you will too :)
