Outstanding care! Came to see Dr. Day for a full eye exam for minor issues. This is how it went: -Appointment made and all paperwork/ID/Information could be filed out via a provided website ahead of time (amazing). -Text reminder of appointment and confirmation -Almost no waiting time once at the office since all paperwork info had been done prior to visit -sweet yet extremely professional technician did a quick preliminary eye exam for Dr. Day -Dr. Day comes in, finishes the exam with all relative information given to her by the technician, and she explains ALL of it to you, and you get to ask anything you want from her. I felt like I was treated with worth, respect, and a deep sense of care. My mom-in-law and sister already have respective appointments because Dr. Day and her staff are truly polished precious gems but priceless. They're top caliber professionals and A LOT of other health care practitioners could learn from Dr. Day and her staff. Dr. Day, thank you! You're amazing! See you in a year!

Excellent!!! Office decorum was very classy, orderly and appropriate. The office staff was very efficient and energetic. Medical equipment was up-to-date and covered a variety of processes. I was most impressed with Dr Day's very professional demeanor, precise medical terminology but also ability to explain it in layman's terms. It was very obvious that she cares about each patient but also timeliness in her appointment scheduling. She has earned three new patients(Dad-84yr old former US Marine, Mom- 81yr Federal retiree, Me 62yr old former US Army officer) today and has 3 referrals coming from us also. Awesome!

Dr. Day and her office staff are amazing. I felt very comfortable with them both. They were both very professional and very clear about what to expect from my cataract surgery. Answered all my questions and I felt very positive about the surgery when I left. Surgery was a success and Dr. Day is the best.

Professional, courteous outstanding customer service from the time your appointment is set to the completion of service. Dr. Day and her staff are exceptional. Dr. Day was patient and explained the importance of eye exams as well as factors that contribute to eye disease. I left this office with a huge smile on my face and my eyes were smiling as well.

Ten Stars should be an option. My husband and I visited The Eye MD for the first time. The warmth and professionalism of Dr. Day and her staff from the beginning to the end was remarkable. Covid-19 protocols were followed the whole time. Sanitization of the pens, washing of your hands, and the equipments being cleaned was of great comfort to us. The overall exam was detailed and high tech. It was very obvious that the staff takes great pride in their work and are very good at it. They were in sync with each other. We were very impressed. Dr. Day's exam was thorough, there were no questions to ask, she explained everything in depth. Nothing was left undone! We were out of there in a timely manner. My husband and I will be referring our friends and family to The Eye MD!

I was pleased with the professional team who took care of my eye condition. Dr. Day explained what was wrong and how best to take care of it. Her knowledge and caring attitude was most impressive. I highly recommend her.
