Drove 40 mins to store for a 12pm appointment got there 15 mins early confirmed my ins and then immediately my eyes were checked by the cameras I was then told to wait for the doctor after 1:30pm my name was finally called. After being rushed through the exam I was then sent to a sales person who tried sell me all the options. Had I had a new exam I could of gotten the same glasses online on America's best website a whole lot cheaper. When I drove back up there to pick them up they were unacceptable I had to tilt my head in several directions to get them to focus for far and near. Needless to say I just wasted my time and money and will not be using them again.

The he store is ample and very clean with large selection of glasses or lenses. The staff is friendly and willing to assist. Been a customer over 8 years and will always return to them due to the value and service that they offer.

Scheduled an appointment.....waited more than 2 hours to see the virtual DR. Had I been informed that it would take that long, I wouldn't have done the physical screening with the tech when I 1st walked in....then I could have left without being charged for the Eye Exam...... couldn't leave 2nd the glasses to try on were dirty and NOT Clean!!! Floors were dirty too. Hello, just thoroughly disappointed. My mistake, will never go there again,

Amazing customer service! I was seen a month ago and Anna went out of her way to ensure I understood my order and the upgrades associated with my prescription/vision. She was short staffed at that time but has added an AMAZING STAFF who values customer service. While I waited to be seen, I watched each staff member, especially Mrs. Kathy go out of there way to provide the best customer service possible and explain in great detail their order/options. I appreciate this staff and will recommend to my family and friends!

I remember coming here and they took a while just to have a zoom online eye appointment now I should have rescheduled but anyways they told me my daughter might have something I forgot maybe cataracts . Then her glasses were made wrong . It was kinda crazy I brought her here thinking it was best then her going to a place they accepted Medicaid .

I am a Critical Care Paramedic and my eye-site has to be at its best for me to perform my duties. Therefore, I am writing this review to help others make an educated decision. In July of 2022, I had an eye exam at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Covington Georgia. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful to say the least. They advised me to purchase the highest grade lens for my glasses seeing that I have to start IVs and perform Advanced Airway Procedures such as endotracheal intubation in the back of an ambulance during all hours of the day. The staff advised me that the lenses were virtually scratch resistant. Meaning, they can be scratched if placed on a hard surface with the lenses exposed. That is very understandable and anyone can agree that lenses exposed to harsh surfaces will scratch. I bought (2) pair of glasses totaling nearly $850.00 dollars. The glasses were ready in (2) weeks just as promised. Each pair of glasses were absolutely perfect in every way. For some reason, around March of 2023, both pair of glasses began to show hundreds upon hundreds of micro scratches on the inside as well as the outside of the lens. I have no idea as to why this began to occur. I had been cleaning and maintaining them as I had since day one. These scratches were not big and noticeable at all. They were a bit difficult to see to say the least. I began to have a diminished ability to see clearly and I did not know why at first. I did not see the hundreds upon hundreds of scratches until I held the glasses up to a light. I said to myself, "no wonder my ability to see is diminished," these lenses were covered in scratches in their entirety. Not one lens, but both pair of glasses. The front and back of the lenses are covered in scratches. I called the representative at the store in Covington Georgia, and the staff were extremely nice and polite. However, they informed me that I would have to pay a little over $600.00 dollars to have the lenses replaced. $600 hundred dollars is a lot of money for New lenses, especially when considering that both pair of my glasses were only 8 months old. I was told that they were unable to help me, even-though, I had paid $850 dollars for the best lenses on the market. I tried to call corporate and all I got was a bunch phone voice automation. Unfortunately, I am now faced with having to use "reader glasses" from CVS Pharmacy just to do daily activities. I am having to save up another $800 dollars and find a different vendor to purchase new glasses. I leave this review for anyone who is trying to decided on whether to do business with America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Respectfully, Jeffery Bratcher

Appointment was at 11:00 and was finally seen at 2pm . What's the point of setting an appointment if you just gonna wait forever . Then she just in the room chatting with the patients.

I love America's Best in Covington GA. They are simply THE BEST. Not only do they have awesome deals but every employee is so friendly and helpful. Dr. C. Seward was terrific he spent so much time with me redoing tests and adding tests and never made me feel like it was any trouble or that I was a bother. My appointment time was 3pm and it was nearly 7pm when I left. He found the cause of my rapidly deteriorating eyesight and referred me to the BEST specialist in town. Thank you America's Best for really standing up to your name and thank you for the best experience I could have asked for. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know about y'all. I had to cancel on them a couple of times they never made a remark about it, always eager to reschedule me. And I received my glasses on time and they were perfect. I love them
