Now I believe in being honest when doing my reviews. The frustration me and my son had the first was not great. Today they truly made up for it. I believe in second changes. They took care of us today from start to finish. My son got retested and we ordered his glasses. I was very stressed out from the last visit I will not lie. You have to have patience when dealing with customers. We can become impatient as well. Being there last time for almost 4 hours was not it. Today went amazing. Great communication this time. Felt like family taking care of my son. I appreciate the staff making up for my last visit. We will be back and I already told some friends to come see yall. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter today at 3 and by 4:15 she still wasn't called for her exam. I asked how much longer and was told they didn't know. That they were running at least 2 hours behind. What?!?! Why not call us ahead of our appointment time to tell us that so we can either choose to come later or reschedule? Why not at least tell us when we sign in for our appointment? On top of that, we weren't told when we made the appointment but apparently the exam is virtual. Meaning no doctor in the actual room. That's weird but also makes it harder ti understand why they were so behind. I am trying to find a new place for us to go regularly since our old doctor closed his practice. It will obviously not be at this place.
