I had this appointment scheduled for a couple of weeks. The day before my visit, their office called to say my insurance was showing a co-insurance issue and told me I needed to contact my insurance company to have it removed. I immediately called my insurance, had the issue corrected, and was given a confirmation number verifying that the co-insurance had been removed and that my coverage was active. My insurance company specifically told me that all the provider's office needed to do was use that confirmation number to verify coverage and they would be paid. When I called the eye doctor's office back with the confirmation number, I was told they would not use it and would instead cancel my appointment and make me wait five days until their system updated. They were unwilling to make even a minimal effort to verify coverage, despite having the necessary documentation directly from my insurance company. I have never had any issues with my insurance being accepted or verified with any other physicians, which makes this even more frustrating. After reading other reviews, it appears this is not the first time patients have experienced similar insurance verification problems with this office. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to assist patients was disappointing. If this is how billing issues are handled before you even walk in the door, it does not inspire confidence in the overall level of care. I chose to cancel my appointment and will be finding another eye care provider.

I had a amazing experience. I drive 3.5 hours to come to see Dr. Burnett. Her and her take their time to explain to you what's going on with your eyes and the health of your eye. I truly appreciate it. Thank you again.

Scheduled an appointment for me and my daughter today. We do not live that close to the location. My daughter arrived at 8:45am and was told she had Co-insurance and they couldn't see her, but that is not true. She called the insurance company and it doesn't say she has co-insurance or what that consider "COB". I arrive for an afternoon appointment and they tell me my insurance in inactive and they ran it the day before, which I pulled up the insurance in front of them and log into my account, it showed eligible and active. I asked them to check it again and he couldn't because a third party checks the insurance. In either instance the correct action to take was to call the client and let them know the issue. We could have resolved this yesterday when they knew it was a problem. We've wasted time and money and will never come back to this company. Customer service is terrible and the receptionist couldn't give me an answer on why nobody called us to let us know there was a possible insurance problem. We have never experienced before.

Excellent service from I entered the office to the minute I left. Abdi is by far the best at his job. He works with passion and patience. He values everyone that steps through the door and always has a greeting smile. I will choose Select Eyecare always! Thank you for the excellent service .

I normally don't leave review but I had a fantastic experience at Select eye care! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Burnett was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough during my eye exam. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and offer helpful recommendations without any pressure. I felt truly cared for and confident in the quality of care I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for personalized, high-quality eye care. I'll definitely be coming back!

Dr Burnett and her PATIENCE!! I sent all 5 of my kids to her for their yearly exams. She was ON IT. Her staff and exam process was SMOOTHE and the kids were in and out like a well-oiled machine! It's so comforting to have a doctor who is professional AND good. 5 stars!

Yesterday was my first visit. The doctor and the assistant were very welcoming. They were professional and caring. They refered me to the Vision center right in front of them for glasses. I will NOT recommend the Vision Center. The manager was rude. Does not have great customer service at all. She did not even want to quote me on a price of glasses I inquired about. The Eye Care center should not recommend their patients to get glasses from the Vision Center. Walmart has to find more pleasant workers. However, the Eye Care center definitely receives a 5/5 for my first visit.

Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would absolutely recommend their services!
