After cataract surgery. We went for the follow up, and informed myself and my wife there would be no charge because of scar tissue. Set up the appointment and found out it will be $600. I am not happy. Dr. Bigless hisself informed us.

I injured my eye on a Friday evening and it was no better Saturday morning. I called Dr. Bigles' office and left a message with the on-call doctor and I received a call from Dr. Bigles within 10 or 15 minutes. Within an hour and a half he opened his office, treated my eye and provided much-needed relief from the injury and my worry that I had permanently damaged my eye. I have always been impressed with his regular care for my annual exams, but he and his staff (who he had to call for computer questions) went beyond the norm and I really appreciate it.
