Terrible and boring impersonal personality. The staff member would barely keep my appt because she lacked a copy of my insurance card. I tried many times to get one . Then after verifying online it was active, she wouldn't check me in for my appt until I called my insurance to fax in an exact copy of it being active which they "don't do" because the same damn thing. It was so time consuming. Then after I was seen and the Dr didn't even chat or speak, I was told after paying my copay that I had to wait til the insurance paid for the exam to get my vision rx.. they were loons.
