Wonderful experience. Went for eye exam and new glasses. The lady there fixed my mom's glasses for no charge. My mom had just lost a lens and they fixed it while I was bringing helped. The lady pointed out frames I liked were 1/2 off and even held them until I could come back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Clarity Vision. My daughter was given the wrong prescription lens (3 instead of 2), which actually belonged to another patient with the same name. This negligent mistake went unnoticed for an entire year and was discovered only during her next annual check-up. I am not sure what potential harm this has caused to her vision but we did notice that her prescription went higher this time, which is unusual. To make matters worse, they were unapologetic and laughed it off when the error was discovered. I trusted this practice with my daughter's eye care, and they failed us. As a parent, I am really hurt by their lack of professionalism and empathy. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable and accurate care. P.S. : Google doesn't let me give Zero stars. Hence I had to give this place 1 star.

Have been working with Lena, Optical Manager, at Clarifity Vision in Apex & wanted to convey she has exceptional to work with in selecting my eyeglasses. She is the most knowledgeable optician that I have had the pleasure to work, taking time to work with you on your likes and what fits your facial features. Her sense of style is also impeccable regarding frames and will work with you to meet your needs.

We have been seeing this doctor since the clinic opened, but we are now quite disappointed. Yesterday, my 16-year-old went in for an exam. My child's grandpa helped with signing the form. When it came to the contact lens fitting section, grandpa signed the first initial, but my son explained that he didn't need a contact lens fitting, so grandpa circled it. Among the three initials on the form, two were double letters, and one was circled. However, it seems the doctor might have misinterpreted it. During the examination, she proceeded with a contact lens fitting, even though my son didn't realize it was happening and didn't say anything. As a result, we were charged for the fitting. We returned to discuss this with the front desk today, but they didn't provide any clear answers. When asked who reviewed the form, they simply insisted that my child's grandpa had signed it. They also claimed that since my son underwent the contact lens fitting, the charge was valid. The way they handled our concerns was extremely disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, they seemed more focused on shifting the blame to us. To make matters worse, they advised that I, as the parent, should have come in person and not sent a non-English-speaking grandparent, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

The front desk is so cheap & rude trying to pull the customers money by not explaining things clearly while scheduling the appt. When we are over there makes us sign the paperwork to pull additional money which the insurance does not cover. They don't explain the policy while scheduling the appt & talks about it when we show up for the appt.
