The entire process was very easy, and I felt well-informed every step of the way. The staff did a great job communicating and helping me understand what to expect, which I really appreciated. One small note: the surgery center area was a bit noisy. When you're already feeling nervous and trying to relax before a procedure, the extra noise can make it a little more challenging. That said, overall it was a very positive experience.

I have visited Milan Eye Center at Alpharetta location and met with Dr. Niraj Desai and her assistant Lauren Miller. They explained my option for my cataract Surgury and LAL implant (Light adjustable lenses). My Surgury performed at Alpharetta location and my follow up treatment and lock in was at Milan Eye Center at Cummings location. Lauren Miller was my main contact who guide me through whole process. Dr. Desai and Lauren miller are exceptional and great to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, the entire process was seamless, Professinal and genuinely comforting. Dr.Desai is truly an expert in his field . During my consultation, he took the time to clearly explain the procedure, potential risks, and excepted outcomes in a way that was easy to understand. Lauren Miller guide me through whole process and was very helpful to make sure I understand process. I never felt rushed , and they potentially answered every question I had, which immediately built my confidence and trust.the Surgury itself was incredibly smooth. The staff at Milan Eye Center were exceptional, they were warm, attentive and highly organized. The result of my LAL (light adjustable lenses) implant has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Desai, Lauren Miller and their team at Milan Eye Center are world class group.

I have been very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff. I had concerns after my surgery and called about it late in the day. One of the doctors came back in the office to see me. Fortunately, everything was ok. Recovery is going well.

These are the smartest, nicest people! They took excellent care of me! They are very organized and efficient and get you in and out very quickly and at the same time are fabulous clinicians and communicators! They allay your fears and do everything to make you comfortable while also achieving a great result ! From the nice ladies, who check you in, to the doctors they are top notch ! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

All instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the whole process went smoothly. As a former clinician, I was blown away by the superb professionalism and thoroughness of the entire team and the processes they have in place to prepare patients for surgery. Outstanding experience and have already recommended to 2 friends that need their cataracts addressed. Will definitely go back when I need the other eye done!

I consider myself lucky for having chosen Milan Eye Center for my cataracts surgery. I am very impressed by all staffs' professionalism. Yesterday before my surgery, the lady who installed IV? on my wrest. I did not feel anything, not even a slightest sting. Since Dr. Milan Patel's surgery on my right eye, I have not felt any discomfort as if I had not had a surgery at all.

Having worn eyeglasses and contacts the past 60 years then developing cataracts I did not believe it was possible to correct my eye vision. I was "seriously" at the end of another eye prescription for glasses/contacts. With hesitation I met with Dr Dsai at Milan Eye Center, Cumming, referred by my optometrist. First experience went very well with the professional and caring staff who were thorough with my options for cataract removal and lens correction. Yesterday, I had my right eye corrected following with the left eye in 2 weeks. Less than 24 hours later I have perfect vision in my right eye without the help of glasses or contacts. Within 24 hours I met with Dr. Dsai for a follow-up at the Alpharetta office and again the staff was professional and caring. Dr. Dsai took his time with me to look at the eye and answer any questions I had. So far, this has been a better experience than I could have imagined. I give 5+ stars! Kathleen
