The doctor was awesome. She was so knowledgeable. I just kept thinking, the whole time, wow she is so smart while she was explaining everything to me. The tech who checked my eyes for pressure & prescription was very nice & so was the sales staff. I spent way too much money, because I was so stunned at what a great experience I was having that I just kept agreeing to everything they said. I got a years worth of contacts, new glasses & new amazing sunglasses. I've been coming to Target to get my eyes checked for years but this was the first time I REALLY liked the whole staff. Thanks guys for the great experience!!

Vision insurance is a scam. I thought my eye exam would be covered but I still had a $50 leftover payment for the annual eye exam. I had an appt originally at 3:30 but called and got it to be schedule same day but at 12:30. I showed up at 12 pm and expected to wait. My eye exam was done promptly but the waiting period was brutal. I waited for almost 80 min to see the optometrist to go over the results. While helpful, it made me realize how frustrating and counterproductive American Healthcare is. Patients go in for a 10-15 min appt but end up staying 2 hours. I wish there was more order and more seating for patients. Because I stood for most of that time waiting to see the optometrist.

She was also diligent in ensuring I get the best reading ability out of contact lenses with my astigmatism. And, as always, it was just as great an experience picking out and ordering new glasses with Maria. Just love Target Optical.
