Mountain Eye Clinic : Dr. Richard G. Jabaley

I don't usually post a review but I was very pleased with Dr. Jabaley and his office staff. They were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I wear gas perm contact lenses and he fitted me for a new pair that was a perfect fit. I also got new glasses that I'm very pleased with. I have a very high prescription so I limited to the size of the frame. The staff was very patient helping me pick out a frame that worked for me. I would recommend Dr. Jabaley to anyone looking for a good optometrist.

Dr. Jabaley and staff were AMAZING! My son is slightly on the spectrum and Dr. Jabaley was just so wonderful with him. He also took care of my eye needs and I couldn't say enough terrific things about him and his sweet staff! So thrilled with our experience!!!!

This was my first eye exam in 7+ years. Dr Jabaley was top notch. He was very informative , This office has a great staff, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommend them to my family and I look forward to doing future eye-care needs with his office. They fully answered and verified the request I had made as far as options for my Glasses. Gave me glasses that are double my prescription, gave my husband glasses that he can barely wear without getting dizzy, and gave my daughter glasses that were not strong enough for her in the slightest. Also, diagnosed me as pre-glaucomic yet I have had three "second opinions" and they can find absolutely no trace of glaucoma. I don't get it - some people he gets completely perfect and some he does this to. Sad, seemed like a nice guy.

Exceptional service from making my appointment all the way through to getting my exam, fitted for glasses, and having my insurance filed. Not only Dr. Jabaley, but his staff as well, were very personable, but professional. This will be my go to now for vision needs.

Dr. Jabley and his staff are AMAZING!! The late Monday appointment hours are perfect for my family schedule. Derek is honest and very good at picking out glasses that work perfectly for everyone's style and face shape. The ladies in the front office are kind and helpful when you have a request. Tanya is knowledgeable about Field Vision Screenings (an eye test common for people with an Autoimmune Disease) and also very helpful with advice on how to work on your vision. As for Dr. Jabley, he is a caring doctor. He listens to you and he also does not push you into buying extra services or anything you don't feel comfortable with just to make a dollar. He is honest and has a great manner with patients! I am so happy we were introduced to his office and will be life long patients!

Rarely am I so impressed with a entire group or team of people working together. Every team member was focused on professionalism. Not just technically proficient but also personable. I am not easily impressed. I want to know the details. The staff figured me out quickly and I was completely satisfied. I will return year after year.

There are those in the world who boost your faith in humankind, through the integrity in how they do business. Dr. Jabaley and his team are those people! Thank you all for the excellent eye care I receive and caring about your patients. Grateful!
