Dr. Kelley is amazing! Very informative, caring and sweet! My 4 year old daughter loved her visit and is excited about her new glasses! Great selection of glasses too. I'm glad I chose the perfect eye doctor for my daughter!

Great customer service!! I arrived in town this past Thursday afternoon for a friends wedding on Friday. Shortly after arriving, I realized I had forgotten my contacts. Due to needing to take a ton of pictures on Friday, I frantically started calling around places to purchase a few pairs before closing for the day. A couple of places did not get back to me and another place told me I needed to purchase an entire box! But Danielle was so helpful here and provided me with a five day sample to get me through the weekend before closing that same day. I'm from Florida and am not used to that kind of customer service so it was very nice to see. Thank you again Danielle and North Georgia family eye center!

Dr. Kelly is very knowledgeable, funny, skilled practitioner; office small but clean and well organized; all employees courteous and helpful; state of the art diagnostic equipment; appointments not rushed; male doctor very blah, not friendly; lousy bedside manner; needs to take lessons from female doctor

I am so impressed with the quality care I have received. I have never worn contacts but so excited to be able to see without glasses now. Dr. Kelly has been so patient to make sure my contacts are perfect. She explains everything in "people" terms so I can understand all the details of my eye care. Great doctor and wonderful staff!

Friendly, professional, skilled and knowledgeable, great listeners that truly care about the individual and their eye health. I have been going here for 4 years and have been seen by Dr. Kelly each time, which I've loved! She takes time with each individual with clear instructions and discussion about your vision, treatment and prognosis. Having offices in Dahlonega and Dawsonville is very helpful. Large optics department with many frame choices. I highly recommend this practice; especially Dr. Kelly!!

My daughter had an appointment on Thursday at 2p.m. We arrived at 1:45p.m. The office is closed for lunch from 1p.m. til 2 p.m. At 2:05p.m. the office still hadn't reopened. I understand that things happen and perhaps lunch ran over, etc. But my daughter and I are still sitting here at 2:20p.m. waiting in the office to reopen. This is very unprofessional.
