Great Eye Care With a Focus on Technology
I've been a patient at Dawson Vision Center for as long as I can remember, and they continue to exceed expectations year after year.
Standard of Care: Dr. Thomason is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain any changes in my eye health. I've also had great experiences with Dr. Choy as well. The techs and office staff are consistently friendly, efficient, and thorough--making every visit smooth from start to finish.
Efficiency: Appointments run like clockwork. From check-in to pretesting to the exam itself, everything is done with precision. The process is quick but never rushed, which I really appreciate.
Technology: DVC stays ahead of the curve with modern equipment and testing methods. I especially love the retinal imaging--it's fascinating to see the pictures of my eyes and have meaningful conversations about my vision.
Dawson Vision Center is the only team I trust with my eyes. Highly recommend!

Unpleasant customer experience!
I have been visiting Dawson vision for years and one recent incident changed my perspectives of their customer experience.
I recently went for a yearly checkup and the next day of my visit I had a red eye and in next couple of days it developed as a sharp pain on my eyes.
I called Dawson vision, explained the situation and asked an appointment since I got affected after a visit to there center. They simply said they do not have an appointment for next 2 weeks and asked me to go see some other ophthalmologist in my area.
I accepted the suggestion, I will go to another provider and will never return back to Dawson vision.

This morning a staff member came to work 30 minutes early to repair my glasses because they knew I had to leave town for medical reason's for 8 weeks by 9:30 am. My glasses are a necessity for me, and I absolutely needed them before I left . They literally went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I had my glasses fixed. I am extremely grateful!
