So thankful I reached out to them this morning and got seen immediately. Long story short, I have been seeing North Georgia Eye associates. Was passed between doctors with no real answers as to what has been going on with my eyes. That practice is deplorable, from office staff down to the doctors. Milan was the best experience!!! Night and day!!! From the moment I called and spoke on the phone, instantly asking details and CARING!!!! The office girl was a sweetheart, and Dr Ali?!? A BREATH of fresh air. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, wonderful bed side manner. I could go on and on!! So thankful I trusted my gut and reached out to them for a second opinion. 10/10!!

Visit was okay. Front desk associate was polite and friendly. The initial tech that assisted me was also the same way. But I personally did not feel like a patient to Dr. Bonner. I felt like a number getting through the day. I had questions and they were brushed off, he did not shake my hand or anything personal at the beginning of the visit, nor did he actually even introduce himself. It felt very transactional. I guess if he's been doing it for so long it's second nature to him. But it felt like concerns weren't a priority.

Dr Bonner had some additional things to look at. All was well.
He named two likely causes. I go back Monday to narrow it down to one.
